Francisco came to address my complaint with a noise as the garage door was closing. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem immediately and corrected the problem. The parts and labor were under warranty. I would certainly use this company again as I have in the past. I have already recommended them to others who also used them and have been as satisfied as I've been.
