My first experience with Precision Door was absolutely a pleasure. The Senior Technician Tom provided a straightforward, no nonsense, highly professional assessment, and appropriate cost review, of the Spring replacement and repairs needed for my door. Tom's knowledgeable, polite and very professional approach had the repairs done promptly. What was also important to me was that Tom walked me through the entire process such that I knew I was getting precisely what I paid for. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend Precision Door, and Tom, to anyone who might need garage door repairs.

After determining that I needed a new opener, mine was close to 25 years old and at the end of its' life, Tom did great work and took time to clearly explain everything to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and Tom. He clearly explained what was needed to resolve the problem, in this case a new opener and a few minor repairs to the existing door and its parts. After completing the job, he showed all that was done and explained how everything worked. Tom truly loves what he is doing and is a great ambassador for Precision.

We got your name from Angie's List for repair/replacement of a burned out motor. We ultimately decided to replace our aging garage door, motor and openers. Your web site's listing of the rating from the BBB was reassuring. Your LI Manager was very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall, 5 stars.

My garage door opener was working periodically. I called Precision door. My Technican was Tom. He was great! He showed up on time and was very experienced. Because of the age of my opener, I felt it was smarter to install a new one. Tom did an inspection and pointed out that some of my rollers were bent. He recommended changing them. Everything was done the same day The installation was done perfect and everything works great. I could not be any happier. Thank you !!!!

I chose Precision after receiving a coupon in the mail. My technician Tom was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the day as to when he would be arriving - very courteous. After his assessment he explained options and costs. I ended up purchasing a new garage opener. On the spot he was able to perform the work - neat and clean. All of this done in 20 degree weather. Overall very satisfied with Tom and Precision...I give them 5 stars !

Tom called when on the way and arrived within the promised time frame. He was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and competent. He did a complete replacement of everything but the door panels - springs, cables, rollers, the bottom gasket and the weatherstripping. He also adjusted the locking mechanism. What a difference! I'm glad I called Precision.
