I was pleased with your workers in the past and the professional work they did. Louis R was wonderful. He was on time called to tell us ahead of time so we could move our cars out of the way he was organized professional answered all our questions gave a good demonstration to how the remote worked showed us how and where the child proof sensors were and how they attached to the rail he smiled and enjoys his job. The company did a great job in hiring and training him. Thank you for having this person service our garage door. He was just wonderful. Happy New Year to you all. Jill vomacka

We called Precision initially to fix a broken spring. Shane showed up same day! He explained the different options to fix the existing problem and when asked, he also gave us options to replace both openers (we have 2 garage door openers that are at least 10 years old). He was extremely patient answering all of our questions. We ultimately decided to replace everything on both garage doors, and are glad that we did. Upon completion Shane assisted me in installing the app and setting everything up on my phone, as well as programming my car! He left the garage clean (maybe cleaner than before he came? lol). I would not hesitate to contact Precision for repairs or purchase and installation of new garage door openers. P.S. - ask for Shane :)
Hi Dorothy, We’re thrilled Shane provided same-day service and took the time to explain all your options clearly. It’s great to hear he went above and beyond by helping set up your app and programming your car, all while leaving your garage spotless! Your recommendation means so much to us, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with Shane. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service.

I called Precision on a Saturday because my neighbor used them and I had a coupon from ValPack. They were here early Monday morning to repair my door. The next day after the initial repair, I discovered the problem was still not resolved. They came back on Wednesday and got it right. I was very happy they did not add any additional charges for the return visit or parts. I would recommend them.

I needed to repair/replace a malfunctioning opener that was about 20 yrs old. I selected Precision off the internet because of your experience & strength of reviews. After reviewing the situation with Hunter I opted for a new opener & am very satisfied with the product & the performance of your staff. Installation was quick and professional.
