I called Precision on a Saturday because my neighbor used them and I had a coupon from ValPack. They were here early Monday morning to repair my door. The next day after the initial repair, I discovered the problem was still not resolved. They came back on Wednesday and got it right. I was very happy they did not add any additional charges for the return visit or parts. I would recommend them.

The precision tech, Isaac, exceeded our expectations. He diagnosed the problem quickly, oiled the machine, replaced the keypad, and assisted us with resetting the device all in less than 45 minutes. We received timely and efficient service.
