I was expecting much but I was blown away by the professionalism and customer service of Precision’s service representative Jesse. I highly recommend this company and especially Jesse. My garage door opener went from super noisy to barely a sound. A good thing when you have a sleeping 3 year old! Thank you Precision!

I called on Monday, they came on Tuesday. Andrew was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I received several estimates to update my old system. I will definitely use Precision when we decide exactly which plan to use. I truly appreciate being able to call on the phone and reach a live person immediately. That is so rare today.

An entirely positive experience. Couldn't have been better. Setting up the work with Precision was clear and easy. Jeff R and his colleague Mike notified me as promised the morning they were due, came exactly when they said they would, were courteous, nice guys to deal with. They got right to work. Next thing I knew, the sturdy attractive new door was installed, aligned perfectly, operating perfectly. I know this sounds "too enthusiastic" or foolish, but it's not. When I think of all my experiences with service people (I'm 72), it's still pretty rare when everything goes without a hitch or a disappointment. You folks deserve the name Precision. Thanks for the good work.

Precision always provides 5 Star service. I like getting the text with the name & photo of the service technician who is on his way to my house. They are consistently on time and always address any issue I might have. The technicians are very polite & the truck is well stocked with any part they might need. I highly recommend Precision.
