Danny, the service technician came to look at damage to our garage door. He was so courteous and professional. He inspected the door thoroughly and presented three options with accompanying warranties. We called Precision yesterday and they had a serviceman here the very next morning. I appreciate that someone actually answers the phone instead of having a recording prompt you to leave a message. We will call Precision to come back once we have made our choice.

I was expecting much but I was blown away by the professionalism and customer service of Precision’s service representative Jesse. I highly recommend this company and especially Jesse. My garage door opener went from super noisy to barely a sound. A good thing when you have a sleeping 3 year old! Thank you Precision!

I called on Monday, they came on Tuesday. Andrew was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I received several estimates to update my old system.
