I was expecting much but I was blown away by the professionalism and customer service of Precision’s service representative Jesse. I highly recommend this company and especially Jesse. My garage door opener went from super noisy to barely a sound. A good thing when you have a sleeping 3 year old! Thank you Precision!

An entirely positive experience. Couldn't have been better. Setting up the work with Precision was clear and easy. Jeff R and his colleague Mike notified me as promised the morning they were due, came exactly when they said they would, were courteous, nice guys to deal with. They got right to work. Next thing I knew, the sturdy attractive new door was installed, aligned perfectly, operating perfectly. I know this sounds "too enthusiastic" or foolish, but it's not. My Sunday emergency phone call to Precision was promptly returned and technician whom scheduled called me and asked if he could arrive at my home even prior to my appointment. Jesse Cole arrived in truck with professional logo and greeted me with respect. He diagnosed the situation and immediately presented me with three options to choose from regarding the repair solutions. He explained the short, medium and long term solutions without sales pressure. The repair was done within an hour with perfection!
