My Sunday emergency phone call to Precision was promptly returned and technician whom scheduled called me and asked if he could arrive at my home even prior to my appointment. Jesse Cole arrived in truck with professional logo and greeted me with respect. He diagnosed the situation and immediately presented me with three options to choose from regarding the repair solutions. He explained the short, medium and long term solutions without sales pressure. The repair was done within an hour with perfection!

My Service provider Danny did a great job!! He was on time, had all the necessary materials, quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it exceptionally and timely. The price was reasonable and the materials used to replace my door opener were far superior to the faulty ones being replaced. All around great job!! Service technician was extremely professional and very kind. Arrived at the promised time and gave us three options for the repair. Once selected the repair was completed in minutes. Therein lies the reason for a 3 star and not a 5 star rating. The repair took less than 10 minutes with tree basic parts and yet the bill was over $500. Just felt this was a little expensive for such a repair.

Jesse Cole arrived at our house on time and ready to help us. He reviewed all the mechanisms of our three garage doors and recommended the replacement of the cables, rollers, springs and other parts and explained why this work needed to be done and, additionally, that we needed a safety cable. We agreed and he began the work immediately— he had all the necessary parts in his van. Jesse was courteous, smart, efficient and thoroughly professional. He explained everything and kept our garage area clean and neat. We recommend both Precision, and Jesse Cole, extremely highly.

An entirely positive experience. Couldn't have been better. Setting up the work with Precision was clear and easy. Jeff R and his colleague Mike notified me as promised the morning they were due, came exactly when they said they would, were courteous, nice guys to deal with. They got right to work. Next thing I knew, the sturdy attractive new door was installed, aligned perfectly, operating perfectly. I know this sounds "too enthusiastic" or foolish, but it's not. When I think of all my experiences with service people (I'm 72), it's still pretty rare when everything goes without a hitch or a disappointment. You folks deserve the name Precision. Thanks for the good work.
