The entire process from sales (Gina) to installation (Jeff) was great. We were kept abreast of the status of our order from start to finish. Gina gave us some great suggestions and we ended up with great looking doors - high quality and distinctive. They really accent our house nicely. Jim was thorough and knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. His carpentry skills came in handy to give us a great outcome. We highly recommend Precision.

I am generally not moved to writing a review on a website but could not let the service I received from Precision Garage Door go unrecognized. I got an appointment in under 24 hours for Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Jonah Butcher arrived completely prepared to repair door (which I thought would definitely have to be replaced). Jonah was extremely competent, efficient, a delight to work with and had the job completed in an hour. It is without reservation that I give Precision Overhead Garage Door my highest recommendation. Thank you for a great job!

3stars only because of Jonah! I was charged $120 for a keypad that costs $45 on Amazon and I was charged $90 for a remote opener for the car that costs $14 on Amazon for 2 instead of one. I wouldn’t have mind that cost if I didn’t have to pay an installation fee on top of everything! Expensive? Very!!!! Jonah was a home run. If not for him, 1 star for cost. No installation fee, with Jonah, and you’d get 5 stars.

Yesterday I had a tech come to check why our motorized garage door opener wasn't working properly. I had 2 springs, pulleys and cables replaced at 1/2 hour of work for $1000+. My spouse came home and said he used the same company in 2019 and paid $1200 for a whole new system installation at his office. I emailed for further explanation regarding the excessive pricing. They responded that they would call by the days end but no one did.

Your technician, Robert Weber, was courteous, professional, and personable. He installed a new keypad and answered all my questions. He also gave me information about purchasing a new unit, which I’m thinking of doing in the near future. I really liked reading his bio before he arrived. Danny, the service technician came to look at damage to our garage door. He was so courteous and professional. He inspected the door thoroughly and presented three options with accompanying warranties. We called Precision yesterday and they had a serviceman here the very next morning. I appreciate that someone actually answers the phone instead of having a recording prompt you to leave a message. We will call Precision to come back once we have made our choice.
