I have used Precision before and their service is always exceptional. It is great to be informed of the specific technician who will arrive, along with their photo. My recent service involved replacing the rollers, tightening up some bolts, lubrication, and replacing my keypad. Robert Weber was my tech and I might rate him a 10! Professional, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, reviewed the work with me after it was complete and worked very efficiently. Nice guy. Great experience today and now my door works again!!

We were able to schedule an appointment right away to fix our garage door opener. It was more expensive than we thought it would be, but Kevin did a great job. Only problem was that he forgot to reconnect the exterior key pad, but when I noticed that, Rob immediately came and took care of it.

My garage door developed problems from old age and lack of care on my part. Rob came to check out what was needed, identified it immediately and did the repairs on the spot. He replaced all the pulleys, cables, etc, - everything but the door, and took all discards away with him. It's now like having a brand new garage door (without the shakes and noise). I would recommend Precision Garage with no hesitation.

I got an appointment in under 24 hours for Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Jonah Butcher arrived completely prepared to repair door (which I thought would definitely have to be replaced).
