My garage door was broken and I couldn't get the car out. I called 4 garage door companies and left messages (it was Saturday). Not one returned my call. On Sunday I called Precision and a human answered. She dispatched a repairman who got the door opened. A few days later, two repairmen fixed the broken spring and we are back to modern living. I can't tell you how stressful it was to not have the use of the garage. Precision did a great job and responded right away. Dennis G Jesse serviced my garage doors and replaced both the openers that were 20+ years old. I didn’t realize how outdated the existing opener system was. It’s now much quieter, the sensor LED lights much brighter, the safety features and app on my phone with visuals and intercom are a big plus. Jesse did a great job. He was informed , very helpful and did a great job installing.

Called to have garage door opener codes replaced. Representative noticed springs were worn and broken on one side. Presented my options clearly and I arranged with him to replace the worn parts. Very efficient service. Thanks!

This was one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in years! Called Precision due to their great reviews, as our garage door had stopped working. I was shocked that I was able to not only get a same day appointment but also that our technician, Rob, was there within 90 minutes of my call. From there, he diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a reasonable quote and repaired the door in a half hour. And he couldn’t have been a nicer guy! We’ve been wanting to ultimately replace the door, and I’ve already hired them to do that . Highly recommend this company! I’m not used to this level of service from any company, especially during these last two pandemic years.

So far I am extremely impressed with your service team. Starting with my phone call and subsequent scheduling of the appointment. I then received a text stating that a tech was in my area today and I agreed to an early appointment. Within one hour Andrew Depalma and Matt arrived at my home. Andrew gave me a very thorough evaluation of my opener’s problem including alternatives relative to repair, new models and types of openers with approximate costs. I was very impressed with Andrew who clearly explained the options. As I decide what to do one thing is clear- I will be using Precision and I will ask for Andrew and Matt to do the work. Your dedication to customer service is clear. Your attention to quality hiring and training of your techs is apparent based upon my initial interactions. It’s rare to find companies that understand the importance of renewal customers. I will be an ambassador of Precision to family friends and neighbors. I am only expecting the best experience from my upcoming service.
