3stars only because of Jonah! I was charged $120 for a keypad that costs $45 on Amazon and I was charged $90 for a remote opener for the car that costs $14 on Amazon for 2 instead of one. I wouldn’t have mind that cost if I didn’t have to pay an installation fee on top of everything! Expensive? Very!!!! Jonah was a home run. If not for him, 1 star for cost. No installation fee, with Jonah, and you’d get 5 stars.

Yesterday I had a tech come to check why our motorized garage door opener wasn't working properly. I had 2 springs, pulleys and cables replaced at 1/2 hour of work for $1000+. My spouse came home and said he used the same company in 2019 and paid $1200 for a whole new system installation at his office. I emailed for further explanation regarding the excessive pricing. They responded that they would call by the days end but no one did.

He also gave me information about purchasing a new unit, which I’m thinking of doing in the near future. I really liked reading his bio before he arrived. Danny, the service technician came to look at damage to our garage door. He was so courteous and professional. He inspected the door thoroughly and presented three options with accompanying warranties. We called Precision yesterday and they had a serviceman here the very next morning. I appreciate that someone actually answers the phone instead of having a recording prompt you to leave a message. We will call Precision to come back once we have made our choice.
