Best service experience I've ever had with any company. I called them at 4:00 on a Saturday, and they had a repairman at my house by 12:30 on Sunday. They sent multiple texts to let me know how I could contact them, and who the repair technician would be. Their technician Jesse could not have been nicer or more professional, and he did the repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Door Service.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Precision. I did not have a recommendation, so I searched the internet and discovered this company and called them. Without any difficulty, I was able to reach a representative. I was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time and within a reasonable timeframe. I was given a 4 hour window when the service person would arrive. The technician, Jesse Cole, called when he was 1/2 hour away to let me know he was in the area. (It was also at the earlier part of the window, which was a plus.) His evaluation of the issue was thorough and very credible. He gave me four different estimates, each with different options, from which to choose. He clearly explained each one to me. I gave the approval to proceed with the work. Jesse told me it would take about 2 hours, which is exactly what it took. The work was completed to my extreme satisfaction, and the job site was cleaned up thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend them.

Andre and Kyle serviced our garage door today, Feb. 17, 2021 and did a fine job in every way. They were professional, courteous, followed safety protocols re: covid and our door is now working, as it should. Andre also called approx. 30 minutes prior to arrival to let us know he was en route. All in all, we are very pleased with every aspect of the work. Thank you!

Great service! Andre Lennon was the technician. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived earlier that originally planned and had the door fixed in no time. I realized the door was broken a little before 1:00PM and it was completely fixed by 2:45 the same day. Bravo!

Had to wait a week to get an appointment. Received numerous annoying emails and text messages about irrelevant info regarding the salesperson —- only to have an inexperienced fellow come out to tell me that he can’t replace the exact door and cannot replace the track to heavy duty —- the issue is that he had no answers and had to call his office to get answers. If that were the case - who ever he spoke to in the office should have spoken directly to me at the time of my original call to figure out that they could not replace with the same exact door.... I assume they wanted to push whatever door manufacturer they wanted to, not realizing that we have another garage door to match.

The technician could not have been more polite, informed, and professional. He explained all the options in detail, and then immediately executed the agreed upon plan. He even swept the garage when he was done, including debris that was not his. I will definitely be using Precision again should I need more garage door work done.

I could not be happier with the prompt, courteous and professional service I received. I got an appointment for repair within less than 24 hours of my initial phone call, and the problems affecting my two garage doors were diagnosed and thoroughly addressed by the technician, Jesse. I don't believe I'll need Precision's services any time soon, because everything is in great shape now, but Precision is the only service I'll use or recommend to others.
