The technician could not have been more polite, informed, and professional. He explained all the options in detail, and then immediately executed the agreed upon plan. He even swept the garage when he was done, including debris that was not his. I will definitely be using Precision again should I need more garage door work done.

Precision Door Service provided very responsive and outstanding service. Their technician Jesse was terrific. He identified the problem quickly and explained various options for repair/replacement. He was able to fix the problem so everything works as good as new. I cannot say enough great things about Precision. If I ever have any other problems in the future, I will absolutely use Precision again.

I could not be happier with the prompt, courteous and professional service I received. I got an appointment for repair within less than 24 hours of my initial phone call, and the problems affecting my two garage doors were diagnosed and thoroughly addressed by the technician, Jesse. I don't believe I'll need Precision's services any time soon, because everything is in great shape now, but Precision is the only service I'll use or recommend to others. Outstanding service from the first phone contact to the completion of the service call. I have suffered through unsatisfactory experiences with other Liftmaster dealers but your company restored my faith in what top notch customer service is all about. The initial phone contact person was friendly and efficient, the technician arrived on time, was very informative and explained every thing he found and the work he provided. The email confirmations throughout the process were helpful and timely. I only wish I knew about your company earlier during my ownership of the LIftmaster doors.

Seriously, the BEST home repair experience I've had in 25 years as a homeowner, EVER. I called for service because of BBB rating, Dan’s papers review and that you were in Riverhead— I have had many good experiences with service providers located there, doing good work at reasonable cost, and it is relatively nearby (I am in SH). I had a somewhat novel and difficult problem, and your technician Robert was just terrific; he was able to diagnose the likely problem quickly, and came up with many creative ideas to attack the problem, and just wouldn’t give up despite the first 5-6 ideas not panning out. I admire both his creativity and his persistence in seeking a solution, and he did hit on just the right thing—and all of this during constant rain.He is a very dedicated and valuable employee.
