The spring on my garage door opener broke. I called and within an hour, Danny was there to repair it. He was very pleasant and professional. He gave me options and prices and there wasn’t any pressure. Two hours after calling, the job was done and I was back in business. It doesn’t get any better than !

Danny was fantastic. While he was repairing one broken door he looked at my second door and confirmed that the rollers were bending, and should be replaced. This was while dispatch was calling Danny numerous times while we were discussing the repairs to hurry up and get to the next customer. Danny replaces all rollers springs and rubber on the two doors as well as adjusted the doors so that they are literally like new!

Memorial Day Weekend emergency and they were able to accommodate- gave a 12-4 window same day for service and Jesse called saying he could be at our home by 11:30 am which was awesome!! Prompt and courteous and fairly priced. Got the job done in an hour as promised- couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks Jesse and Precision- Highly recommend!!! Will use again when ready to replace springs and rollers!!!

Appointment was made very quickly and Joe came right in time as promised and provided me the written technical inspection sheet. He immediately replaced the Lift Master opener.
