I've had my garage door serviced before but was not happy. My friend from Commack told me about Precision Door and how happy she was with their service. Unable to open my garage door I called your company for assistance. From the moment your office picked up the call to the time of arrival anticipated I was impressed with the stated arrival accuracy. During this Covid 19 pandemic I was told that the men would arrive and perform the repair while wearing mask and gloves, which they did.( as did also ) . They inspected the repair needed, provided estimates for repair or replacement. They are two professionals who I am pleased to praise .Keep up the good work Precision .
