5 star!!! So happy with the professionalism of this company!!! Memorial Day Weekend emergency and they were able to accommodate- gave a 12-4 window same day for service and Jesse called saying he could be at our home by 11:30 am which was awesome!! Prompt and courteous and fairly priced. Got the job done in an hour as promised- couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks Jesse and Precision- Highly recommend!!! Will use again when ready to replace springs and rollers!!!

I was very much impressed with the way the entire project was handled. Initially I was little concerned about the truthfulness in diagnosing the problem of my garage door opener. Appointment was made very quickly and Joe came right in time as promised and provided me the written technical inspection sheet. He immediately replaced the Lift Master opener. My local guy seems to have gone out of business and you folks are everywhere so I chose you. The tech was a nice guy and he did nice work (we’ll see as time goes by) but the price $$ was a real hustle. Not even close to a fair price for what I had done - oh well.

Precision is the best garage door company in New York, every time I’ve used them they have been extremely helpful. I recently bought new garage doors and they made the process as simple as it could be. Danny was our technician and I couldn’t have been happier with his help. Called in for a problem with one of our doors that would not close. Was able to get a same day appt,actually within a couple hours of my call. Joe was the service tech and he called when he was on his way which is helpful. Quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix. Very knowledgeable ,courteous and friendly.

Got an ad in the mail and scheduled a garage door repair after reading reviews. Our garage doors are 15 years old; one didn't open and the other shook a lot. We decided to fix the cables & rollers but fortunately didn't need a full replacement. Precision responded promptly, scheduled at our convenience, and sent several confirmations of the (Saturday) appointment (one of which included a picture of our technician). The technician (Danny) was professional, efficient, thorough, and reviewed all our options. Prices were fair and service was above our expectations. There was no high-pressure sales pitch -- refreshing. I would most certainly recommend Precision to a friend!

This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . I must say that I feel confident that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as my first visit. I like the alert regarding the arrival time and the fact that you sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to my door. a picture of my technician.
