Your installer, Danny Salas, did a wonderful job analyzing our problem with a garage door opener that was installed by a different company. He adjusted the door itself and then had to replace the opener. We now have our fifth opener and it has been working quietly and without any issues. Fast professional service all the way through from the set up on the phone to the follow through at the garage to the payment process right on an iPad. Technician Marlon Cantave is a real pro. He took the time to work back through the history of the door opener and then work through the problem. This avoided the most costly fix, which I greatly appreciate. I’d highly recommend this company if you need work on a garage door.

I've had my garage door serviced before but was not happy. My friend from Commack told me about Precision Door and how happy she was with their service. I called Precision Door and they were very accommodating. They sent a technician and he gave me the options. I went with the full replacement and warranty. Today I had a minor service call and techs were sent and fixed the problem. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything they did. Taking all of that under consideration ~ Precision Garage Door is the way to go!

Gave me a price of $1100 to replace a garage door opener and said springs and rollers needed to be replaced. Promised to email an estimate but never received it and charged a $70 service fee. Had Home Depot install a Chamberlain belt driven 3/4 hp for $315. Other parts NOT NEEDED. Let the buyer beware.
