Joe called before he came and asked specific questions to which I was able to give Joe enough info for us to start making some decisions. I was able to speak to a live person who was extremely nice and helpful. I got an appointment for the following morning. Hunter and Dave arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. They quoted me a reasonable price. They replaced an outdated garage opener, remotes, and assembly parts. Everything was explained and all my questions fully answered. I can not say enough good things about Hunter and Dave. I will definitely recommend Precision to others.

Our garage door was locked in the closed position and with no other means of entry I turned to Angie's list for a company to help us. It was amazing I was reassured that I would be assigned a service tech from 2-5pm and within 30 minutes a tech (Tim) from Precision garage doors called me and told he could be at my home in 45 minutes. He got the door opened and then did a check of the 1993 opener and all the parts and made some suggestions ....no pressure. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
