Precision sent Joe Leonard over the very afternoon I called the company. Joe called before he came and asked specific questions to which I was able to give Joe enough info for us to start making some decisions. As soon as he arrived and we started talking I was comfortable with his knowledge and professionalism. I also liked the fact that Joe had so many good things to say about his company. The technician Joe was very professional and courteous and knew his job. He explained everything, all the pros and cons. I was completely satisfied with the service and will use your company again. Since the appointment fell between a lunch period he called me a half hour earlier so i could grab something to eat. That was very considerate.
