Although the work performed was under warranty, Tim went out of his way to insure the repair was complete and that I should not encounter further problems. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. I have used Precision in the past and have always been pleased. Highly recommend.

I called Saturday morning and that afternoon Joe came and looked over my garage door opener. He gave me a fair price and wanted to install it that day but I had evening plans. So we easily scheduled another day and Joe was there on time and did a great job. I definitely recommend Precision and of course Joe who was courteous, knowledgeable, and, competent.

The technician Joe was very professional and courteous and knew his job. He explained everything, all the pros and cons. I was completely satisfied with the service and will use your company again. Since the appointment fell between a lunch period he called me a half hour earlier so i could grab something to eat. That was very considerate.
