I can’t be more happier firstly with the installation and secondly with an emergency issue I had recently when my garage door couldn’t close. I was about to leave the house while I was trying to close the garage door unsuccessfully. I realized that front rollers suddenly got off the track. I called the customer service and although it was Sunday and all technicians busy with their scheduled appointments, they managed to send someone to fix the problem. The lady was extremely kind and so helpful. I cannot be more appreciative for taking action on this.

after searching online I chose precision . They responded quickly,set up a time for an estimate and followed through with professionalism. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell or talk me into what I didn't need. The tech who came to measure was thorough. The men who came to install were early, neat and did a very good job. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a new door or repair on an old one

Garage door spring broke Sunday evening. Thankfully precision door was open and accepting calls. In short order I got an appointment for Monday morning when Isaac came, walked me through the issue / repair process and ultimately replaced the broken parts. Great service and timely respond with professional communication...would recommend to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the job Danny Salas did replacing my garage door opener. He explained my options and cost of each and answered all my questions. He then preformed a meticulous job on the installation and showed me all the openers features. He even repositioned the new opener so the door opens higher so my SUV clears the door easily. When he was finished he even swept the garage ! The whole experience turned out even better than I hoped and when I decide to replace my garage doors you can be sure I will be calling Precision and also requesting Danny to do the job if possible.
