I was very impressed with the professionals of Precision. From the person making the appointment to the technician that did the repair, everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I voiced my concern to the person who answered the phone. I was home alone and my garage door was stuck in an open position. Anyone could have walked right into my house. The representative made sure she got someone to my home in record time. I loved getting an email with the name picture and a little story about the tech who would be doing my repair.

Just want to say thank you to the Garage Door Specialist who repaired my approximately 12 yr. old double garage door. He replaced the glides ? that were old & placing excessive pressure on the motor. He lubricated hinges ? & secured nails that were coming out. Most of all he was thorough, did not overlook any issues. He was knowledgeable, explained & answered questions. He listened to my concerns, professional, courteous. I heard about Precision Garage Door through advertisements in mail. I think the repairs done extended the life of the motor , etc. I am relieved that this maintenance gave me piece of mind. The cost was very reasonable.

The hardware to our garage door was worn and the garage door opener was broken. Isaac from Precision came by and gave us an estimate and explained everything. Isaac was my service man, very polite and thorough. The cost to repairs was ALOT higher than I anticipated, but I did like that the parts have a 5 year guarantee. I did notice an issue after Isaac left, so I had to call back to have him return. The service turnaround is very quick..the next day.

In a world that has been dumbed down, when incompetence is widespread, almost expected, it was so good to come across Tom Brill and his associate. These guys reflect well on your company, they made everything clear and understandable, professional to the max (and just nice to deal with on a personal level.) Your e-mails and texts also reflect excellent customer service that should also be noted. I told the guys the original installation of the whole unit was $350 in '07, so I was a bit surprised by the cost of repairs. But I am a dinosaur, sorry, coffee should be no more than 50 cents. Had Precision Door come to my home for a service call to see how we could remedy a lost key to open door manually if their was ever an issue with lost of electric or bad lift. George Albert was the tech sent out. When he and his partner arrived he introduced himself and assessed the issue. After doing the point check and assessing my concerns he gave me some options and explained them in detailed so that I could make the best decision. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge and for thinking outside the box. Job was completed in a responsible time frame and George walked me through the steps for opening and closing the door electronically and manually if needed.
