Precision door installed our garage door in 2016 and we have never had a y issues. Now the battery backup needed to be changed after 8 years and we also had the garage door serviced. We had a new garage door installed some 8 years ago and it has preformed well , but recently one of the cables that attach to the handle/lock wore out and became detached. Taking advantage of a free service call email that I received, I made an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I was quite taken back by the cost of the repair….over $300 To replace the cable and make a slight adjustment to the tension on one side…. The repair took less than an hour. Overall I was happy with the service but not with the cost

This was the first time that I used Precision Garage Door.The company is very professional. When I called, Ethan answered all my questions pertaining to a new garage door opener. George, my technician was fabulous. He was on time ,neat professional and very efficient. Precision has their own corporate trucks fully stocked. This avoids delays in fixing the problem. I have used other companies in the past but none of these compared to the professionalism of Precision.

I had booked an appointment with precision for technician to come out and tell me how much it would be to reinstall my garage door opener. The technician was Doug and he was so polite and friendly. He gave me the price and said that he could do the job right then and there. He did a great job, he went over everything with me and showed me all that I needed to know on how to work the opener and the key pad and the override key system. It was such a pleasure to work with Doug and I would recommend to anyone if you need a garage door installed, precision is the way to go. Thanks again for everything. Gail

Service call to repair uneven operation in garage door opening. George checked out all components of the door as well as the garage door opener. Replaced rollers and pulleys, tested operation to ensure door was operating properly. Very satisfied with the service, would definitely recommend.

Called the company on Saturday got an appointment for Sunday: who does that??? Shane was our repairman-showed up on time after calling and telling us he would arrive in 15 minutes. Our options were explained thoroughly. Cannot say enough about this company and their employees.

Excellent work. Communication was excellent on arrival, who was coming, etc. After a quick explanation of problem and inspection, I was offered options on moving forward. Work was done correctly, tested and approved. Highly recommend them. This was a fix, but may be replacing entire system in future due to renovations. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Precision was recommended to me by a friend and I had planned to purchase a new garage door but after being lied to twice by the tech Shane, I will take my business elsewhere. First, he lied and tried to charge me the service fee when he knows and it’s also posted on the company website that the service fee is waived with repairs over $100. My repair was $180. Shane lied again when I asked him about the warranty for the new cables he installed. He stated there was only a warranty if I also get new springs. This didn’t seem right to me so I called the office and they confirmed there is a 90 day warranty for the cables and sent me a new invoice with the updated warranty information. I am waiting for a supervisor to get back to me. Do NOT recommend.
