Excellent work. Communication was excellent on arrival, who was coming, etc. After a quick explanation of problem and inspection, I was offered options on moving forward. Work was done correctly, tested and approved. Highly recommend them. This was a fix, but may be replacing entire system in future due to renovations. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Precision was recommended to me by a friend and I had planned to purchase a new garage door but after being lied to twice by the tech Shane, I will take my business elsewhere. First, he lied and tried to charge me the service fee when he knows and it’s also posted on the company website that the service fee is waived with repairs over $100. My repair was $180. Shane lied again when I asked him about the warranty for the new cables he installed. He stated there was only a warranty if I also get new springs. This didn’t seem right to me so I called the office and they confirmed there is a 90 day warranty for the cables and sent me a new invoice with the updated warranty information. I am waiting for a supervisor to get back to me. Do NOT recommend.

We saw the advertisement of Precision in a magazine. It was a local firm near us and it was BBB rated. We called and ask for service on our garage door and it was a quick response that they will come the next day. They looked at the garage door and told us we need new springs and rollers and a new lock. We accepted the offer and service was done right there. Service was quick and Lewis was very professional and friendly.

George Albert was the professional from Precision doors who performed the service . Mr. Albert was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly! He came early , explained all the options in detail and then took care of what needed to be done! The whole job took about 30 minutes and it was an easy and pleasant experience! The price was fair with warranty included. I would highly recommend this business as they apparently hire quality people!

I was very impressed with the professionals of Precision. From the person making the appointment to the technician that did the repair, everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I voiced my concern to the person who answered the phone. I was home alone and my garage door was stuck in an open position. Anyone could have walked right into my house. The representative made sure she got someone to my home in record time. I loved getting an email with the name picture and a little story about the tech who would be doing my repair.

Just want to say thank you to the Garage Door Specialist who repaired my approximately 12 yr. old double garage door. He replaced the glides ? that were old & placing excessive pressure on the motor. He lubricated hinges ? & secured nails that were coming out. Most of all he was thorough, did not overlook any issues. He was knowledgeable, explained & answered questions. He listened to my concerns, professional, courteous. I heard about Precision Garage Door through advertisements in mail. I think the repairs done extended the life of the motor , etc. I am relieved that this maintenance gave me piece of mind. The cost was very reasonable.

Isaac was my service man, very polite and thorough. The cost to repairs was ALOT higher than I anticipated, but I did like that the parts have a 5 year guarantee. I did notice an issue after Isaac left, so I had to call back to have him return. The service turnaround is very quick..the next day.
