From the moment I called your company to request an appointment, to the point that the job was completed was smooth and professional. Michael P was the technician that performed the service. My job consisted of a whole new garage door opener, motor, cables, key pad, clickers, but not a new garage door itself. My system was really very old, but I never anticipated needing a total new one and was shocked at the cost involved. Once I realized that it wasn't safe as it was, I knew it had to be done. When I called Precision with my problem at 8:50 AM, a real person answered the telephone. They said they would send a repairman within 4 hours. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from John, he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later her arrived. He evaluated my garage door system and explained in very easy terms what was required to have the garage door repaired so that it would work properly and safely. John was extremely courteous and respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to have him come back for any other repairs. He was great. He was the utmost professional.

Our garage door frame unexpectedly broke after a long run on an old door opener that came with the house. We called Precision and they were able to set up an appointment within one business day. We called on Friday and had an appointment Monday morning. Hunter was our service person and he was right on time - the earlier part of the time range. We got a reasonable estimate with options and decided to go with a whole new garage door opener, plus the door frame repairs. The work was done on the spot, including the new opener, and set up perfectly. Hunter explained in detail how it all worked and we were very pleased. Couldn't ask for better service.

Michael called and arrived during the window provided. He assessed the situation and provided in layman's terms the issues and the options available. Upon approval he proceeded to complete the work to be done and did so within a few hours. Your man Joe check my garage door opener and said the motor was good, and he showed me, that my cables was ready to break, and he said the wheels on the track were no good. I told him to replace every thing that was bad. He did a nice job. The garage door works fine. The star number #5 is the best for Joe.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Hunter was very professional. Called when he was on his way and again when stuck in traffic. When he arrived he looked over the situation, explained it so I could understand the problem and suggested what should be done. He went right to work, completed the job and proceeded to help me hook my car up to the opener. He even sent a video so I could do my husband's car. Clean cut, polite and professional what more can you want from a service provider.
