Very professional service! Technician Francisco came promptly to quote for new door and helped temporarily patch up and closed the old garage door that was broken. Two weeks later, technicians Joel and Jeff came to install the new door. Came on time and finished the job in less than 3 hrs. They even helped me fix the broken garage wall control for free. Highly professional service and I highly recommend this company!

A week ago I was trying many companies to no avail. No one would come that day. Found Precision. They gave me a window of 4 hours and within 1 hr. I got a call from Danny. Salas. He was professional and most accommodating. He tried ro save us money but my motor was shot. So we had the motor installed with new remotes and keypad. Precision and Danny saved us a lot of grief as we have no access to the garage from our house

Danny was our technician today. He was courteous and polite. He notified me before that he was coming. He found the issue immediately even though the issue was intermittent. Although we could not see it...the senses were slightly not aligned. He adjusted the track a little, aligned the senses and wa la all fixed! He said to be sure to call if there are any future issues. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because this company was fantastic. I found them on yelp. They were at my home within 2 hours of calling. The tech Justin and his helper (sorry forgot his name ) were extremely nice and explained everything. I had all the springs, cables . And wheels changed. They quoted me a reasonable price and completed the job within an hour. They were very professional and did a great job. This couldn’t have been any better I highly recommend them.

Very impressive and encouraging. The tech arrived within the promised window, diagnosed and explained the issues and gave us options for repair costs. He was courteous, professional and friendly and completed the work quickly. Our garage door operates like new again.

5 Stars - Honestly in 23 years of living in this house - this was one of the best and most professional service experiences. From the first call to the follow-up(s) - 5 star treatment all the way. Roberto was excellent and very thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem and I can confirm after a few days - there is no further problem with the garage door not closing when it is cold outside. Roberto was able to fix the problem even though it was warm on Saturday and we couldn't duplicate the problem. Only issue was that the original quote for the sensors was $125, but in the final bill it was $175. Just seemed like an honest oversight and would recommend Roberto as a technician to anyone needing garage repair.

The tech was great in explaining what was the issue and giving me the options on course of action I could choose from. If we were going to stay longer I would have felt very comfortable with him replacing it all. Seems highly knowledge able. I own 1000's of apartment units with garages out of state and would be comfortable in using based on todays service.

I had a door put in back in May. About 2 weeks ago I noticed I had gotten a mouse in the garage, my exterminator told me the garage door was not lined up to the ground. Instead of jus saying that and leaving, they took the extra step and plugged up the obvious holes I had and tightened the door so it would would fit better upon reaching the floor. They went above and beyond, and I am grateful!!!!!

Jesse and Rob were the two service technician sent to fix my garage door. They were both friendly, informative, and, most important, did a good job. The door works perfectly now. I also like the way Jesse's photo and short biography were sent via Messenger, so I knew whom to look for. If my other garage door ever needs to be repaired, I most certainly will use Precision Door Service. Hopefully Jesse and Rob will be available.
