The wheels on the door became misaligned over the winter. The tech made some physical adjustments, added lube, and the door moves much better. Price was a little high, but not unreasonable.

Hunter Hanneman tuned up our garage door when it started making loud noises. He told us that our garage door opener was in good working condition and what needed to be done to make the garage door safe and quiet. He was mindful that I had an appointment to get to and worked to get done so I could make the appointment. My experience with Precision earned a 5-star rating. The initial appointment for an estimate and measuring with Michael was very professional and really sold me on the company. Then, the installers Brian and Greg came with my quiet, new garage door. They removed the old door and motor quickly, and they answered all my questions. They were neat, cleaned up, and I am thrilled with my new garage door.

Called Precision as the garage door spring appeared out of line. Hunter arrived and checked everything out and took care of the problem. He was very professional explaining to me the issue with the spring which appeared to be not as difficult a problem as I thought and was easily fixed. I would at anytime recommend Precision Door Service .
