My experience with Precision earned a 5-star rating. The initial appointment for an estimate and measuring with Michael was very professional and really sold me on the company. Then, the installers Brian and Greg came with my quiet, new garage door. They removed the old door and motor quickly, and they answered all my questions. They were neat, cleaned up, and I am thrilled with my new garage door.

Can't say enough wonderful things about the team of technicians that came to my home to repair a 14 year old garage door opener. I chose Precision because they offered 24 hour service. My garage door opener had been stolen and I wanted new openers asap for security purposes. Unfortunately, when I phoned at 8 pm, they could not come that evening but they scheduled me for the following morning. All service was professional and friendly. The technician stayed in touch with me regularly to inform me when he would arrive. I would highly recommend Precision...they got the job done efficiently and promptly. I give them a 5 star rating!

Tom Jenkofsky was the tech. He was on time and very courteous. He was honest about my garage door and that it wasn't worth to repair the door with new springs. I was happy with is honesty.
