I am generally not moved to writing a review on a website but could not let the service I received from Precision Garage Door go unrecognized. I got an appointment in under 24 hours for Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Jonah Butcher arrived completely prepared to repair door (which I thought would definitely have to be replaced). Jonah was extremely competent, efficient, a delight to work with and had the job completed in an hour. It is without reservation that I give Precision Overhead Garage Door my highest recommendation. My experience with precision was flawless from beginning to end. The lady who received my phone call, was polite efficient and asked the right questions. She told me when the repair person, Jonah, would arrive, and he phoned in advance and arrived as scheduled. He reviewed the garage door system, and made some suggestions to which I agreed. He installed new motor and rehaul of cables. I am quite pleased with scission, and am happy to give recommendation. Should any of my neighbors wish to employ you.

Jonah the Tech was fantastic. He inspected the damage and immediately knew what was needed. He had a company identified truck, which had all the tools and parts needed to fix the job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. He didn’t dilly-dally, went to problem and fixed it. I’m very happy with the results, my garage door is working well. 3stars only because of Jonah! I was charged $120 for a keypad that costs $45 on Amazon and I was charged $90 for a remote opener for the car that costs $14 on Amazon for 2 instead of one. I wouldn’t have mind that cost if I didn’t have to pay an installation fee on top of everything! Expensive? Very!!!! Jonah was a home run. If not for him, 1 star for cost. No installation fee, with Jonah, and you’d get 5 stars.
