I called the office number to get a general idea of how much the service was going to cost. The gentleman I spoke to gave me a range over the phone. I book my appointment and the bill was more than double what the range was given to me over the phone. The tech was on time. He was missing some pieces on his truck so he made due with what he had on hand at the time. The most appalling part of the whole visit was the 3 quotes he gave me on his tablet. I just wanted my garage door to work again. I had already took the day off of work so the work could be done but I certainly would think twice about using this company again.

Another very good experience with Precision. Attempts by phone to schedule were not so successful. The online scheduling worked much better. Good text contact to remind of upcoming appointment.... Technician George (second time at our house) was on time. Extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. Explained everything very well.... And of course made the repairs without issue. He is a credit to the Company.... Took away a start because it felt like we spent an awful lot on what was the second repair in less than two years...

We were able to get a quick service appointment from Precision. David Gomez, the service technician, arrived early and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was great, explained everything well and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. David also provided info about future maintenance that might be needed. I got the value pack in the mail and it just so happened that I was actually looking for someone to program my garage door. This company is efficient, technologically current (text updates, immediate invoice sent to email), and from the receptionist to the tech, Lewis, this a professionally run company. Lewis was pleasant, new his stuff and got the job done in no time. You also actually get a HUMAN who speaks ENGLISH on the line when you call. A rarity these days! I would highly recommend this company and I will do so for anyone that I know in the future. Great Experience!

These people are amazing!! Called on Sunday at 8:15 in the morning and the repair technician called back within 15 minutes and was her less than half an hour later!!!
