Precision had installed a new opener for me a year or so ago and did a good job. Recently it just sounded different when opening and closing , so I called to have it checked out. Lewis came for the repair. He was courteous and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problems, gave us the options, and replaced the springs and rollers and cables. I would recommend Lewis and Precision.

George was great!! Arrived when I was told he’d come. I felt like such a fool when he pointed out the problem. He assured me I shouldn’t feel this way. He explained what to do should this happen again. He was very patient and understanding. I was completely shocked when I wasn’t charged for a service call being we are customers with them. The techs were professional and explained the problem and both the short term solution (fix) and what was needed long term to prevent the problem . They provided costs .
