This was a requested follow up visit to “tweek” several components on a garage door I bought in 2024. From the time I place the call to schedule an appointment to the time the technician arrived only 2 hours had elapsed. I was kept informed by email and text as to the status of the scheduled visit. George Albert showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem. I was very pleased with the whole process.

I called in the morning because my two car garage door opener stopped working. The young lady who answered my call was courteous and set up an appointment in the early afternoon. At 12:30, after calling to say he was on the way, the service man, George, arrived. He quickly discovered the reason for the problem and even showed me a picture of where gears had been stripped on my 2003 opener. He priced a replacement for me. I asked when he would come back to do the work. To my amazement, he said he could do it right then. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied with George and Precision.

The techs were professional and explained the problem and both the short term solution (fix) and what was needed long term to prevent the problem . They provided costs . Work was done very well, but the gentleman who came to fix the garage was coughing excessively and didn’t wear a mask. He seemed very sick and was drinking water. If he’s sick he should either call out or wear a mask.
