We are thrilled with our new garage door opener. Luis is a knowledgeable professional patient and kind technician. He provided his appraisal in easy to understand terms. His no pressure approach was much appreciated. His work was done efficiently, in the timeframe he provided. He cleaned the work area and made sure we were comfortable with the unit’s operation. I will recommend your company to everyone! Many thanks

I called Precision when my garage door started opening and closing on its own ….the Technician Lewis came the same day ….he was very professional and courteous…turned out my Liftmaster opener was over 20 years old and it was time for a new one. He did a great job installing it and going over all its functions with me. Very happy that I chose Precision for this project…..I highly recommend them and their Technician Lewis.

George took the time to show me all the features of the new opener as well. Definitely recommend George and Precision for your installation or repair needs. I’m very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door today. Lewis R., the technician, was professional, clear, and honest about my budgetary options for replacing my outdated garage opener, motor, sensors, and more. He worked quickly and efficiently, arriving with all the necessary parts for the job—something I wish more service companies would do to avoid unnecessary follow-up visits. Precision truly impressed me with this approach. I’d definitely use this service and technician again. My parents on the North Shore have also had great experiences with Precision for their garage needs.

I saw an advertisement for Precision Garage previously, and I cut out the advertisement. Saturday night I came home, and my garage door was not functioning properly. I called Precision Garage and quite pleasantly got a quick response. The technician came Sunday morning, having called ahead to advise. He surveyed the system, gave me estimates, and promptly went ahead with the work. He finished in the afternoon. He explained how the system worked and the warranty, and he left the garage as clean as before.

I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality of the work. Shane, my serviceman, was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. He did superb work, finishing the job even faster than was promised. He also had an upbeat, winning personality, which was refreshing to see. He and his boss showed great integrity throughout the project, for which I was grateful. I would recommend Shane and Precision to anyone unreservedly.

This is my second experience with your company; and once again I am very pleased with the way your company keeps their customers informed. Shane Fazal was very pleasant and professional. He explained how long the job would take, the cost as well as the warranty. He advised that if I have any additional concerns to please feel free to contact the office. Thank you for a job well done and peace of mine.

I called Precision Garage Door Service, because my garage door wouldn't close. I was a bit distressed thinking I'd have to wait for service. Sharon allayed my fears. She was very helpful and set up an appointment the very next day. George Albert, the service tech, came and he was so professional. After checking the door parts, he described the problem. The rollers were off the track, but also, the motor was 22years old. It will eventually need replacing. Instead of waiting for the problem to occur, I trusted George's expertise and had a new motor installed. He was very personable and did an excellent job. Thank you Doug for a very well trained team & great customer service.

I am so lucky. I found Precision Garage Door Service on the internet. The specialist was wonderful. He went through all the issues I told him about, he then diagnosed the problem, and then he fixed it. In one visit. I cannot be happier!

Lots of text telling me who is coming, when they are coming lots of communication. George was very professional, , knowledgeable, polite etc. My only concern was how much it cost. I know things went up but I feel it was too much.

Your technician is very professional and he did the work neatly. I notice from your invoice that you offer discount to AAA members, but he didn’t mentioned about it to me before the payment. I am a AAA member so I request to reimburse that discount amount. Also I like to mention here that your charges are little bit higher.

We are completely satisfied with Precision Door’s business model, customer service and technicians. One of the rollers on our door came off the track on Thursday mid afternoon., so the door would not close. I called Precision at 4:00, and was offered an appointment for Friday between 8 and 12. I was contacted by John who stated he’d arrive around 9:45. He quickly determined the problem and repaired it promptly, under warrantee, no less! By 10:15 John was finished and our door was back to working order. We highly recommend Precision.
