Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and John Aaron Hixson saved us in an emergency situation. On a freezing, windy, rainy Thursday night our garage door fell off the track and parts were damaged. The garage was open to the elements and impossible to close and lock. We called other services but only Precision Overhead Garage Door Service treated the situation as an urgent emergency. Within minutes of our desperate phone call, the technician, John Aaron Hixson arrived. He was extremely professional and skilled but also kind and helpful. He did an excellent repair job, patiently explained all options and answered our questions. His efficient and respectful demeanor calmed our stress and left us with a good feeling. Isaac Rodriquez did a fine job and everything is working. He did attempt to sell me a lift master motor for 1796 dollars. I declined and he did the job quickly and flawlessly with a minimum (2) part replacements. He had to get into my garage and that took him hardly any time at all. The price of 695 for what he did is outlandish and I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Isaac is a nice person but the prices you charge a customer is nothing less than highway robbery

I like a company that goes above and beyond to make their customers feel respected and looks out for their best interests. I was texted and called to confirm my appointment and was given a picture of the service provider, Tom Brill, who would be performing the repairs. Love that! Tom showed up earlier than expected which was a bonus. He went through some additional options that would make the garage door run more smoothly which were greatly appreciated. Tom was very polite and very thorough. The door now works like a dream. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and will use them again in the future.
