He showed me the options and we did the best one. He had everything he needed on the truck and did a outstanding job. Very friendly and answered all my questions. went from extension springs to torsion springs. He replaced all the old rollers and the door works better than it ever did. Would recommend your company. Fair price and great service great people.

As a senior citizen, my garage door became very difficult for me to lift. The technician, Shawn, carefully inspected the door & it's parts (cables, etc.). He recommended replacement of some parts & he adjusted the tension so it became much easier to lift. I raised & lowered the garage door several times until I was comfortable with it. Shawn was very patient as well as very professional, polite & helpful. I am very satisfied with Precision.

The staff that came to measure the door and garage frame were excellent. Rick Coleman was a great salesperson to speak with and answer all my questions. I think that the door has taken way too long to build and receive, which I am still waiting for. I do not think it's necessary to send inspectors several times to my home to inspect the framework and write a report before I can order the door. I should have been able to order the door I chose and then had inspectors come to inspect the work. This process has set me back several weeks. I am still waiting for my door which is still not in. The process for your company needs to be relooked at immediately for anyone else looking to purchase your door(s).
