My spring and cable broke on my automatic garage door late on a Saturday. I called Precision and they scheduled me for the next morning(Sunday) between 10am - 2pm. I got a text and email alerts acknowledging the appointment. Sunday I got a text a 930 am that he was on the way with tracking that I could see where he was. Robert arrived right at 10am. I explained what happened and he inspected my whole door system and came up with a few options. He took pictures of all the damaged parts and explained what happened and what caused it. Some of the parts were undersized making it strain more than usual causing it to prematurely wear out. Plus It was 15 years old and had reached its life expectancy. He inspected my motor also and said it was good and was a relatively newer model which was replaced by the previous owner 5-6 years ago. I opted for replacing both side springs, cables, pulleys. Basically all the working mechanisms to both tracks that allow the door (2 car garage door, heavy) to operate. The price was fair. Robert was top notch. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. I agreed to the job which he said would take about an hour. He finished in the amount of time he said he would. They sent me a quote electronically which I signed off on and everything about this whole experience was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Robert the technician who did the job.

My technician Danny arrived on time , assessed the problem which was old worn out weather stripping and replaced it on both garage doors. We were very pleased with the technician Israel. Cost was more than we expected but we felt confident that all recommended parts were needed. I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Precision. The office notified us that the technician was running a little late because of an unforeseen complication at a previous job. In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Very friendly, easy to work with, explained it all, and didn’t mind me watching and learning ( I usually am a do it yourself guy). Would recommend to others. Jeff did a Great Job in replacing my old garage door with new one. Connected my old Opener to new Door and works perfectly. He also installed Emergency Key Disconnect which I didn't previously have & it works great. Jeff came within the scheduled appointment time & finished entire job within the scheduled time frame. Isaac Rodriguez was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable with his trade. He was came earlier to Han our scheduled appointment but he called me first if it was okay. He was professional and diagnosed our garage door problem quickly. He was helpful and answered all the questions I had. He also helped me program our non working key pad outside our garage after replacing it with a new one. He changed the LED light bulb that we had in the opener because he explained that it could interfere with the function of the remote garage door opener.
