I've had my garage door serviced before but was not happy. My friend from Commack told me about Precision Door and how happy she was with their service. I called Precision Door and they were very accommodating. They sent a technician and he gave me the options. I went with the full replacement and warranty. Today I had a minor service call and techs were sent and fixed the problem. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything they did. Taking all of that under consideration ~ Precision Garage Door is the way to go!

Unable to open my garage door I called your company for assistance. From the moment your office picked up the call to the time of arrival anticipated I was impressed with the stated arrival accuracy. During this Covid 19 pandemic I was told that the men would arrive and perform the repair while wearing mask and gloves, which they did.( as did also ) . They inspected the repair needed, provided estimates for repair or replacement. They are two professionals who I am pleased to praise .Keep up the good work Precision .
