I gotta tell ya, this is how you run a business. Constant communication from start to finish. Professional. Buttoned up. I had a new garage door opener installed. Danny called me a 1/2 hour before he arrived. Reviewed my situation. Provided various solutions. Agreed on what needed to be done. He banged it out. Clean work. Went over everything afterwards. Made sure I was good. Couldn't of been more polite or professional. Very pleased with the work and service. Thank you!

I absolutely love that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service called me ahead of time to let me know that they were arriving in 10 minutes. What’s more, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a short bio about him. I thought that was a nice touch. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. Very convenient.

I am a previous customer. Precision did not do my original installation but this was my third service call. I chose them because I was satisfied with their service in the past. I am also very satisfied with this particularly repair job. My torsion spring broke on a door that was installed in 2009. Although there are two doors on our garage this one probably bears 90% of the traffic. The tech, Andrew Depalma was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The replacement parts he installed are actually of higher quality than the original.

Andrew was here to assess the condition of the door, the tracks, the motor, etc., and he did a great job! Very reassuring that all was well, and he sprayed the proper lubricant where necessary and everything works great now! He is a true asset to Precision, and I'd call on him again any time. You have a really great guy working for/with you! I'd recommend your fine company to anyone needing such work, or even garage door replacement. I am a most satisfied customer! Christopher Cusumano

Our service technician, Danny S. was professional, well-mannered, and most of all, very respectful with handling our needs. Our garage door spring broke. Danny was very knowledgable about the mechanics of our particular garage door and how best to repair it. And what impressed us the most was his eye towards safety! When our spring broke, it went through our wall which such force because there was no safety cable in it. Danny knew this was a necessity for us. I would highly recommend him not just for his know how, but for his well-mannered nature.

Precision responded quickly and John was so nice and courteous. He told us the situation and let us make our own decision rather than talk us into purchase. We replaced our 2 doors and are very pleased with the whole experience. Our neighbor recommended them and she was right!

We recently had new garage doors & opener installed ( on one of the colder days this winter) Our installers, Michael Chaparro & Shane Fazal were fantastic. They arrived on time after sending a text, worked diligently( especially in the cold) & fully explained and answered all our questions. They conducted themselves very professionally. We would also like to make a "Shout Out" to Israel Hixson who got this ball started. We knew we needed new doors which he help us navigate but he also patiently helped repair our very old ones until the new ones arrived. All the guys who came to our home went above & beyond in assisting us. Thank you

Danny Salas was very knowledgeable and courteous and made sure all our questions were answered. After explaining that our garage door could not be permanently repaired he laid out our options for a new door in a clear and concise manner. After agreeing on a price and a few options everything was finished from beginning to end in about an hour. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the total experience

George arrived on time. He thoroughly reviewed my garage door, motor and key pad. I had called because the key pad had stopped working. He was very patient in explaining everything he looked at, it’s condition and relative health of the whole system. Finally he replaced the key pad. George was friendly and careful with his work. I would recommend George and Precision.

The process of motorizing my garage door was handled beautifully from beginning to end by Precision. On time, fast turnaround, very neatly done, men were first class. This was a complicated install and these guys handled it with ease. Everything was well explained and the site was left perfectly clean. Add to all this a very reasonable cost and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Doug.
