Unable to open my garage door I called your company for assistance. From the moment your office picked up the call to the time of arrival anticipated I was impressed with the stated arrival accuracy. During this Covid 19 pandemic I was told that the men would arrive and perform the repair while wearing mask and gloves, which they did.( as did also ) . They inspected the repair needed, provided estimates for repair or replacement. They are two professionals who I am pleased to praise .Keep up the good work Precision . Your service was truly as advertised, you paid attention to every detail. My only concern was that I researched the price of the opener you installed and found it could be purchased on average for 250.00... The installation tok about 90 minutes, and the total charge was 650.00.... So, you basically charged me 400.00 for 90 minutes labor. Now, I know you are in business to make money, I just felt that is a little over the top. Other than that, I am happy with your technician, and his professionalism
