I gave a 4 star rating because the garage door springs, guide wires and rollers was done to my satisfaction, but the price was quite expensive. I was charge $300ish for the springs alone. Ouch. Danny performed the work. He was completely professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the business.

The install was quick and Jason's explanation of the new hardware was clear and concise. I picked your company because you were listed as an authorized LiftMaster dealer and I was not disappointed. We have been eating our garage door repaired since we moved in and when I got a coupon in our latest Val Pak I decided to call. The technician came out on time and called to her three times before he arrived to give me his estimated time of arrival. When he got here, he was clear, concise and did a lot of work for us. We are so happy with how the door is working now.

This is the second time that I have used Precision and in the future I will call them again. Their techs are most professional, polite and competent. Danny, as well as the previous tech, did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. However, knowing that I had some concerns, Danny did spend time answering my questions and giving me some very useful advice. I have no reservations about this company and whole heartedly recommend them. Thank you.

The technician Danny who did my new garage door opener was excellent. Very professional and friendly as well. He knew exactly what he had to do and did a great job.. Explained how everything worked to me. Never seemed in a hurry to answer my questions so I thought he was outstanding. The only thing I didn't care for was your price. I thought it was a bit high in these difficult times. Rosalyn Lindsey eased

Very satisfied with your prompt service and your technicians, Israel and Jacob. They were tremendous. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, instructive, professional and experts at removing our old system and installing this new one. They replaced everything. I could praise them all day but i think you realize our appreciation with what I have said. Five stars all the way. Lived here 40 yrs. and have had a number of garage door companies but none as good as you. Glad i found you.
