This is the second time that I have used Precision and in the future I will call them again. Their techs are most professional, polite and competent. Danny, as well as the previous tech, did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. However, knowing that I had some concerns, Danny did spend time answering my questions and giving me some very useful advice. Very satisfied with your prompt service and your technicians, Israel and Jacob. They were tremendous. I paid 200 to get a door fixed and nothing got fixed. He thinks it is a logic board but does not know. He also tells me to call the guy who put in the door. He came and fixed is 2 seconds. I do not think your technician knew what he was doing. Disappointed

A few years ago, I had a spring break on my door and had Precision come out to make repairs. They not only fixed the spring, they updated all of my hardware. Recently my garage door opener went out and I remembered how pleased I was with Precision and I called them. The lady taking my order was so nice and Danny, the technician who came out was so polite and thorough. Couldn't be happier with the work done.
