We called on Saturday afternoon at 3pm and by 11 am on Sunday our garage door was fixed and ready to use. The service was excellent in every respect and we wish every problem with the house was handled as this well.

This is the second time I called for service in a year, two garages, separate problems, both time Danny Salas was the tech, he is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about all workings of the doors and its parts and motors. One of my garage door springs broke. I was initially quoted to have the 2 springs replaced for $ 253.10 with $50.00 off as per your Valpak flyer. I'm a senior citizen but as per Andre, only one discount can be honored. Then apparently, Andre said these springs he initially brought are smaller. He changed these with bigger springs costing $179 each. This time my bill went up to $409.52, a difference of $156.42 from the previous quote. Yes, I agreed to have this done since he was already there and that's all he did, just plainly changed the springs. I remember, 5 years ago, these springs were replaced by another company, tune up was done, pulleys, rollers and cables replaced for a total of $299.00. Now I'm wondering, was the plain springs replacement for $409.52 with already the $50.00 discount reasonable for a senior citizen?
