Hunter called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave us a choice of Liftmaster openers. He also did some safety repairs on our existing garage door. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We definitely recommend Precision Door Service and the technician Hunter Hanemann!

The fact that the phone was answered by a real person on a Saturday night was wonderful. She understood my needs. The men who fixed everything Dave and John kept me informed every step of the way. My garage door opener failed. I called them and they said they could come the same day if needed. I scheduled them for the following day. Danny showed up when he said that he would. He was extremely friendly and professional. It is evident he cares deeply about the quality of his work. The installation was excellent and I am very pleased. This is the second experience I have had with this company and they do great work. The pricing was fair for the quality of service and equipment.

Called this morning thinking I'd make an appointment for Friday or next week. The service center said oh we can get you an appointment this morning between 8 and 12. So I said sure. Tim O called me to give me an approximate time and he said he'd call again when he finished the job ahead of me. He came just as he said. Very neat appearance. Loved how he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with options. Very profesional and loved how the truck was loaded with all the parts he needed to fix my garage door opener. We just purchased a house, and the garage door didn't lock and was difficult to open. Our technician outlined the best course of action (for the best cost savings), and was able to do the work the same day.
