I called Precision on a Saturday afternoon. Got right through to a representative who was courteous and very knowledgeable. Told me she could have someone come to our house on Sunday between 1 and 4 pm and that the service technician would call me a half hour before estimated arrival time.He called me Sunday morning to give me an estimate of arrival time. Also called me a half hour before he arrived. He quickly determined what work needed to be done, gave me a price and time estimated to complete the work. He did a great job and answered numerous questions about other future work I expect to have done by Precision. Nice to deal with such professionals like the Precision team.

Brendan S. was our technician and he was great. He called to keep me updated on his arrival. He was polite, took his time & explained everything. And left the place clean. We had 2 garage door openers replaced and he finished within the estimated time he gave. We are very happy with the service & work performed. Would definitely recommend to people.

Your man showed up early in the morning - he said he would try to schedule me at the start of the day. He came in and studied the situation. Turns out the wall pad got fried by a power outage/surge. Power was out for all of three minutes in the snow a couple weeks ago.. With all the wireless units in the world for all kinds of devices, WHY can't your industry create a wireless pad (perhaps with cheep AA batteries) which is not effected by power surges? I understand you make more money by having these situations arise, however... I was very happy with the original installation your company did and was more than willing - if anyone asked - to recommend your services. Perhaps if you created a wireless wall pad, we would be very happy and you could make a lot of money. Overall your tech was very professional and did a good job. Jon TH

Finished before that time very neat and clean. Once installed tested everything and showed me all the features of the system.
