I had a new single door installed and I absolutely love it! My installers Dave and Jeff were professional & efficient. They did a great job cleaning up too. I would highly recommend Precision. The door is top quality and I like the motion director light attached to the opener. I also like the clock and temperature reader.

We were extremely pleased with the service technician, Mike, who repaired our garage door. He was so professional and pleasant. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he also discussed different options with us before we decided how to proceed with our garage door repair. CALLED ON EASTER SUNDAY LATE AFTERNOON WITH APROBLEM WITH MY GARAGE DOOR THEY SENT DANNY THE NEXT MORNING WITHIN 10 MIN HE HAD THE PROBLEM FIGURED OUT IT WAS A BAD MOTOR HE REPLCED IT WITHIN 40MIN AND RESET EVERYTHING DANNY WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY WHAT A NICE EXPERIENCE DANNY WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE COME TO MY HOUSE WHY CANT ALL SERVICE PEOPLE BE LIKE HIM

We upgraded our garage door, originally installed by Precision, to include a remote door opener. From my initial contact with Precision, through Brandon, I felt confident about choosing them. Greg and David arrived promptly, patiently explained the options between two products and efficiently installed our new door opener. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable as they demonstrated the many features of this product. They were both very respectful and intent on seeing that we were 100% satisfied with their service, which, of course we were! Greg was involved in both the installation of our door AND subsequent addition of the remote. He is an expert technician and, once again, has earned a five star +++ rating! David is also a terrific, 5 star technician!! Obviously, I would (very) highly recommend Precision and these two technicians.

First of all, I can not say enough about your service - THANK YOU! I had a garage door spring snap on a Super Bowl Sunday. After calling/leaving voicemails, for my original (former) serviceman and several others from the internet - The ONLY company to pickup was Precision! Your agent took my information, scheduled an appointment, gave me a time range and who would be coming to my home. "Tim" (I hope I got that right) was awesome! He showed up right on time, was in no rush, explained everything to me, gave me options and prices, asked my opinion and we went with what he suggested (replace the pair of springs) as it made perfect sense. He was quick, quiet, thorough - At the end, after do an inspection suggested changing out my noisy steel rollers for vinyl, which he did and it made all the difference in the work, noise-wise Again, you're my new service people - I can not recommend you/Tim enough!!

I researched garage doors and found Precision online. Was impressed by advertisement and reviews. Joe replaced our broken garage door opener. He impressed me by being courteous, on time and efficient. Six weeks later I had garage door replaced by Greg and Brian. They also were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They all did a fabulous job and deserve 5 STARS!

He arrived at the time he said and explained very clearly the work he recommended based on the condition of our garage doors He provided options related to type of hardware to be used. Emergency overnight phone call answered and tried to get me overnight emergency service but promised a 8am - 12noon appt. service technician who has been to my house before called 20min before he was going to arrive. Service tech was professional and was able to replace garage door springs quickly enabling us to get to work. We would always recommend precision door to who ever is needing garage door service.
