My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door was excellent from setting the appointment that was the same day until the completion of the work needed to fix my problem. First of all, I can not say enough about your service - THANK YOU! I had a garage door spring snap on a Super Bowl Sunday. After calling/leaving voicemails, for my original (former) serviceman and several others from the internet - The ONLY company to pickup was Precision! Your agent took my information, scheduled an appointment, gave me a time range and who would be coming to my home. "Tim" (I hope I got that right) was awesome! He showed up right on time, was in no rush, explained everything to me, gave me options and prices, asked my opinion and we went with what he suggested (replace the pair of springs) as it made perfect sense. He was quick, quiet, thorough - At the end, after do an inspection suggested changing out my noisy steel rollers for vinyl, which he did and it made all the difference in the work, noise-wise Again, you're my new service people - I can not recommend you/Tim enough!!

I researched garage doors and found Precision online. Was impressed by advertisement and reviews. Joe replaced our broken garage door opener. He impressed me by being courteous, on time and efficient. Six weeks later I had garage door replaced by Greg and Brian. They also were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They all did a fabulous job and deserve 5 STARS!

it was a pleasure working with Mike. He arrived at the time he said and explained very clearly the work he recommended based on the condition of our garage doors He provided options related to type of hardware to be used. Emergency overnight phone call answered and tried to get me overnight emergency service but promised a 8am - 12noon appt. service technician who has been to my house before called 20min before he was going to arrive. Service tech was professional and was able to replace garage door springs quickly enabling us to get to work. We would always recommend precision door to who ever is needing garage door service.
