We are customers who have spent a lot of money to get our garage doors / motors fixed by your company in the recent past.(please check our past records). We called for one roller that came out of track. Additionally there was a broken windowpane glass . Your technician wanted us to replace entire door as well ( amount would be in excess of $1500) and would not assist us with broken pane repair . After replacing all parts which I don’t even think was necessary the total bill was $750 and we still have a broken pane. We are very dissapointed with the service .

I had a garage door opener installed and a new garage door with new roller springs etc... Installation went ok. Had to call them back for service 3 times for garage door coming off track. Second time they never showed up had to call manager. Service was extremely poor. I had recommended Precision to a relative after I had new garage door installed and they had the same problem. Would not recommend............

I called to get an estimate on installing a garage door opener. The technician, Rob Weber, called the day of to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the early end of the installation window which is always appreciated. He inspected the door, offered a few options and gave me the estimate. It was within the range of what I was told it could be over the phone so I agreed to have the job done. I was ready to set up an appointment to have it installed when he informed me he could do it today! About two hours later the install was completed and he went over everything I needed to know. Rob was professional and courteous, answered all questions I had and did not leave until I was sure everything worked to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

We had two new Liftmaster garage door openers installed today by Justin. He came when indicated, performed the work in a professional manner, and was both friendly and polite. We’re happy with the new openers and the work performed. The openers work much better and are significantly quieter than our old ones.

Justin was given a rating of 10 because he was courteous, competent & very neat. Your company advertising & web page is very impressive. I particularly liked the pictures and bio of your employees. However, I think the price I was charged was way above the industry average. I never expected to pay over $600 for springs, rollers, pullies and cables. I was sold a package that included a 5 year no questions asked guarantee including parts and labor. However, the receipt does not show that guarantee in writing. Is it valid? I had been told by a technician years ago that nothing could be done about the horrible screeching sound my garage door made upon opening/closing. I was pleasantly surprised when the Precision tech not only fixed my present day issue of the garage door not wanting to close but also made its' operation silent. I am more than satisfied with the repair and I recommend the tech Justin who is extremely knowledgeable.

I was disappointed in the repair service. The door is about 3 years old. When the tech came to assess the problem I needed a lower panel (white). He told me he would put a rush on the order & would take a week. The price would be $500. No consideration about a partial warranty discount. $500!!!!!!! I paid him $300w/$150 left upon comp. The garage door acts as the front door to our home & he left the door closed & couldn't be opened, (problem). After a week I called and was told that parts come on a truck once maybe twice a week. The women told me on a Tuesday after 1 week that the part was not in and didn't expect it for another week. that led up to the labor day weekend. When the techs came this morning & fixed it finally, They told me the balance was $297!!!!! I don't recall what the new door was, but this was outrageous. Your product is good but this service experience was awful. The techs were good today. Terrible.

I needed to solve a problem with my garage door shaking and eventually not going down or not staying down if it went down at all. Jesse Cole came for the service call and did a terrific job diagnosing the problem and replacing the parts to solve the problem. He was courteous,efficient and neat. I didn’t want to submit a review until enough time passed where I was confident that the problem would be solved long term. It has been 10 days and everything continues to work perfectly... thank you.
