The technician, Nick, was great. He fixed the problem and was very courteous and professional. I was very happy with his service and the job he did. Prices were a little outrageous. He was able to help get 10% off the original cost but if I had time to shop around more I would have. We didn’t need any parts for our repair and paid $450 (with the discount) for about an hour and a half of labor.

thank you for the new garage door opener. We had two new garage doors installed back in 2021 when we bought our new house, and finally one of the openers failed. It was from 2000, so 25 years it didn't owe us anything. Israel installed and explained all options and within two hours job finished, great and clean. Opener is quiet compared to the old Craftsman. See you guys when the other opener fails.

The entire process from scheduling to completion was top notch. From the appointment availabiliyy to the email and text updates to the tech tracking couldn't have been better. Ryan, the tech that handled the call, called first thing around 8 AM and told me I was his second call and he would call when he was on his way. He called me around 9:30 and said he was on his way with an accurate ETA. When he arrived he was very professional, knew exactly what to do once I showed him the problem and worked dillegently to the end. The only negative thing I have to say is the pricing for the work performed was very high in my opinion. Being a DIY person and having a good idea what things cost I feel what I was charged was way more than average. No reflection on Ryan. He was capable, competent and wasted no time in getting the job done.

My elderly parents garage door needed to be replaced. A few years ago I needed to replace my electric garage door opener and I would get Precision coupons in the mail periodically. I called Precision and had a very good experience with them installing my garage door opener. So, I called Precision to give my parents a quote on a new garage door. Mike Chwalek, a Precision Technician came to my parents and took measurements and sat down with them and myself as I was handling this. Mike was a very professional and knowledgeable man and explained the whole process of ordering the garage door. Mike gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I did text him a few times and he returned my text with a phone call and text. He answered all the questions I had. I could not be any happier with how Mike helped us. The Technician Greg Rambadadt and his assistant came an installed the garage door. They both were very professional, cleaned and took old garage door with them. It took them about 3 hours to install the door. We were very pleased with the whole overall process and installation on the garage door. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone we know who needs work or needs garage doors or openers.

The track for my garage door pulled away from the wall on one side. While I could get in and out of the garage carefully it needed to be fixed. Twenty years ago I probably could have fixed it myself but at my age the wasn't happening. Called Precision and they showed up the next day - Danny. The work was quick and the door works better than it has in a long time. Danny explained what he did, made some suggestions for going forward. The work was well worth the price. Would heartily recommend Precision to everyone.

Recommended by Mr Handyman. Called to repair or replace 25 yer old garage door opening system which was broken.. The technician was pleasant, explained all options after his assessment and discussed with me the advantages and limitations of each option, as well as cost choices. Worked with existing electrical system and metal carriage. replaced broken springs, pulleys, rollers, cables. I decided to replace motor as well. he had all parts on his truck and was able to complete the job in a few hours, with review of his work and instructions. I am very satisfied with his work.
