These guys are the best. They installed my belt drive a few years ago. Got a next day appointment when I called and they goodwill warranteed a backup battery without even me asking. I was having problems with my garage door and made an appointment with Precision to come take a look and repair if necessary. Isaac arrived exactly on-time and examined my door and components. He explained everything in great detail and presented me with options of how much I wanted done. Isaac made the repairs quickly and efficiently after we agreed what needed to be done, and I appreciated that he didn't try to "upsell" me on anything I didn't need. I was also very impressed with Precision's communications -- before, during and after the process -- perhaps the best from any company I have experienced recently. I will definitely recommend them to others and will reach out again myself if I need any other work done.
