I was particularly impressed with the fact that I called Precision on Saturday at 6:30pm and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. I chose Precision based on favorable reviews on the NextDoor site. My garage door opening mechanisms needed replacing. Precision confirmed the appt. online and I also received a call before the appt. to let me know the repairman was on his way. The young man came at the time we had agreed on, and after explaining what needed to be done, the repairs were made in about 1/2 hr. He was very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend this company!

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. Justin, the tech, who did the installation in June was most competent and just today he was back to fix a problem which I was having. It seems that a bunch of screws had become loose in the door and that's why it was not properly operating. He came, fixed it and did it once again in a most professional manner. I would recommend them with no reservations. Their customer service is outstanding and that's a definite plus. They are most professional in all aspects of the operation.

Your man showed up early in the morning - he said he would try to schedule me at the start of the day. He came in and studied the situation. Turns out the wall pad got fried by a power outage/surge. Power was out for all of three minutes in the snow a couple weeks ago.. With all the wireless units in the world for all kinds of devices, WHY can't your industry create a wireless pad (perhaps with cheep AA batteries) which is not effected by power surges? I understand you make more money by having these situations arise, however... I was very happy with the original installation your company did and was more than willing - if anyone asked - to recommend your services. Perhaps if you created a wireless wall pad, we would be very happy and you could make a lot of money. Overall your tech was very professional and did a good job. Jon TH

I was very happy that your team was able to schedule a repair appointment for the same day I called. Anyone I had contact with was very professional in their dealing with me. The tech Tim, was at my home at the early end of the appointment time I was quoted, and called on the way over to advise. My door has been an issue in the last month opening and closing as it should. I explained to Tim what I had found so far and he took in the info and went over the door for a while and found the problem, made repairs and also recommended other areas that needed work. I was happy he had suggested these items because in the long run I may have had to have Precision come back again in another month to make additional repairs. It's certainly more reassuring to know that when you leave or come home, your door opens and you're not out there in the snow trying to get into your home otherwise!!
