The fast response that Precision Door Service provided was greatly appreciated. The broken spring was replaced the same day that I contacted them. The office called me several times to let me know how their schedule was going and when they would arrive. Their Technician Israel called me when he was on his way to my house. He had all the parts and tools to perform the repair. He reviewed with me what had to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn and should be replaced only if I wanted to. Israel was very nice and explained everything that he was doing to make my garage door work perfectly. After finishing the repair on the door that needed to be fixed, he lubricated the tracks and rollers on the other garage door to keep it in good working condition. I was very pleased Israel's competence and personality. Everything was clean and neat when he left. I am recommending Precision Door Service to my friends and to anyone who needs this service.

I called and they came immediately. Company uses a great text message app where they share locations prior to arrival. Workers assessed the issue quickly, fixed the problem, had all supplies with them on the truck, and were done within 1 hour. Would recommend. Wish all repair companies worked this way!

I made one phone call on a Sunday afternoon and I was immediately offered choices for appointment times the following week. There was excellent communication every step of the way (e.g., about arrival time, options, costs, etc.). I had to keep my "vintage" garage door, but it needed a complete overhaul (i.e., door opener, and all hardware, much of which required retrofitting). The job was expertly done by the Precision Technician Israel. He was polite, highly experienced, and fully competent. I took great interest in his work, and Israel was happy to answer all of my detailed question and he took tremendous pride in his work. As promised, the job was done with Precision! My highest recommendation!
