It is a pleasure these days to find a company that is as professional as Precision. Not only did they respond to my problem, but the tech also advised me 40 minutes before his arrival, and I received his name and picture from the company office so I could be comfortable with who I was expecting. This was for a possible repair to door openers installed about 16 months ago. Though no specific reason could be identified as to what was causing my problem, some adjustments were made to the settings and I was told to let them know immediately if my problem reappeared. All done under my warranty by a very pleasant and informative representative. Thank you, Precision!
Hi Ted, We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback! It’s great to hear that our team provided clear communication and made you feel comfortable throughout the process. We’re glad the adjustments were handled under warranty and that our technician was both pleasant and informative. Your trust means a lot to us. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service.

I have used you in the past and found you to be very good if not excellent. This time Danny Salas was excellent also; did a great job. Sorry this is late as my computer two days after he was here died and has to be repaired. I was trying to get an itemized bill and on my third call Heather in Customer Service showed me how to get it from the invoice. I was waiting for that before I sent a review. Been here 45 years and you are the best garage door company. Thanks for your service and thank Danny again for me. He changed the rollers for me and the new pad.
Hi Tom, We truly appreciate your loyalty and kind words! We're happy to hear that Danny delivered excellent service and that Heather was able to assist with your invoice. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service.

Excellent. Precision GDS has brought the garage door service business up to a level of professionalism that was formerly woefully absent in all the other GDS companies I have dealt with over the past forty years as a homeowner on LI. Highly recommend especially Israel H the tech who did our work. Communication was excellent, and their price was appropriate.

This morning I had an emergency with my garage door , where the cable snapped and the spring broke. Not knowing who to call, precision was the first name that came up on goggle, so I read through all the customer reviews and decided to call them. They were efficient with all notifications, the repairman Shane called to let me know he was on his way and I received a picture and a history of Shane. That in itself was comforting. Shane was professional, on time, went over my options, completed the job, tested everything, cleaned up and left. WOW!, I was impressed. I’m so happy I called them and will definitely recommend them.

Nicholas Urena from Precision Garage Doors was great and exceeded my expectations. I called the company around noon and they arrived 3.5 hours later, same day. He helped me change my garage codes, a task that another garage door company could not accomplish. He also closely assessed the motor and the wiring, explaining the aspects that may become an issue in the near future. He provided multiple estimates for several areas I beleived might also need work. Nicholas was kind with a great personality. I felt very comfortable having him at the house and would call to request him in the future. Also, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies. Great experience. I am a forever customer.
