They arrived when they said they would, gave me a very thorough/detailed estimate, and completed the work in about an hour. I felt as if they did what was needed to solve the problem with the door' but didn't try to push me to buy anything that wasn't needed.I was very happy with the service.

My garage door opener failed. I called them and they said they could come the same day if needed. I scheduled them for the following day. Danny showed up when he said that he would. He was extremely friendly and professional. It is evident he cares deeply about the quality of his work. The installation was excellent and I am very pleased. This is the second experience I have had with this company and they do great work. The pricing was fair for the quality of service and equipment.

Fast, professional, knowledgeable. Didn't try to up-sell - pointed out the problem areas and helped me reach the best decision for my house. Rather than do a patch job I decided to replace door and opener.

Called this morning thinking I'd make an appointment for Friday or next week. The service center said oh we can get you an appointment this morning between 8 and 12. So I said sure. Tim O called me to give me an approximate time and he said he'd call again when he finished the job ahead of me. He came just as he said. Very neat appearance. Loved how he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with options. Very profesional and loved how the truck was loaded with all the parts he needed to fix my garage door opener. Very satisfied customer.

We just purchased a house, and the garage door didn't lock and was difficult to open. Our technician outlined the best course of action (for the best cost savings), and was able to do the work the same day. Now, we have a refurbished garage door we can actually open without pulling a muscle. Plus, customer service was very courteous.

I had a new single door installed and I absolutely love it! My installers Dave and Jeff were professional & efficient. They did a great job cleaning up too. I would highly recommend Precision. The door is top quality and I like the motion director light attached to the opener. I also like the clock and temperature reader.
