I live in Suffolk County, NY, and need two new garage doors with new motors, hardware, etc. I called for an estimate. After having been given a reasonable window, Hunter Hanemann called me 30 mins before he arrived. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me a detailed written estimate for options. His knowledge and patience (I don't know too much about garage door mechanics) made me feel comfortable, and the quoted prices were much less than I had been quoted by other companies. This company obviously takes customer service seriously, and I'm looking forward to having my new garage doors and motors installed soon.

I had an intermittent problem with my garage door closing that was related to cold temperature. The technician "Michael" was able to quickly determine the problem was related to a setting of force on the Sears Opener Motor. He also pointed out my two doors did not have safety cables on the springs. He installed them and lubricated all of my tracks and rollers. I also purchased a spare remote control for my wife's car. Very satisfied with the efficient and knowledgable service provided, would definitely recommend you to friends and family. F.P.

I received the Valpak coupon in the mail and called the number for Suffolk Co. I was expecting to get service during the following week. I was very surprised to find out that a service man would be coming that afternoon and that he would call me when he was coming over. I believe his name was Tim. He did call when he was 20 minutes away and he came on time and fixed the problem with my garage doors. I was very pleased with the service and hope the problem continues to be fixed.

He serviced the garage door and automatic door opener within 90 minutes. He explained every aspect of the repair and showed me the new parts that were installed. My phone call to Precision was answered professionally and an appointment set up for the following afternoon. The technician called to let me know that he had one appointment left before mine and gave me an approximate amount of time that the appointment and travel time would take. He said he would call again when he was leaving that appointment which he did. He was polite and greeted me in a friendly, professional manner when he arrived. He asked me what the issues were, explained what needed to be done and gave me a price for the repair. He attempted one repair to a damaged door and gave it his best shot; unfortunately, it could not be repaired and would need replacing which was what I thought might be the case. He then proceeded to replace the damaged spring on another door. His work was neat and clean and the company's pricing was fair. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to others. The technician was great!
