Got a Sunday appt within 24 hours. Tim, the technician called ahead, showed up on time and did a great job. Was quick and knew what he was doing. Quite pleased.

We woke to find our double size garage door spring had snapped leaving we two eighty year olds unable to get either of our two cars out and become virtually trapped in our own home unable to leave Your very personable and efficient technician was sent to us, called to confirm that he would arrive in 40 minutes, explained what he would do, reviewed the various cost options, and proceeded to complete the repairs. Thanks to Tim what was at first a serious nuisance was a pleasant experience

Precision door was recommended by another company that was too busy it would have taken other company 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to come service my garage door. Precision door was able to come in two days and in the time window chosen and on time with a heads up call to say technician was in the way. Mike the technician was polite very knowledgable and checked everything related to my garage door and motor to ensure it being safe to use and operate.

Our Garage door cable and springs snapped. It was hard finding a local Garage repair service going thru the Suffolk yellow pages. Precision ad in the yellow book was my third call on a Friday at 4:45pm. My Appt was scheduled for Monday. I received a email confirmation right after my phone call with the company with information and staff pictures. I felt I found a safe reliable good business who cared about customer service .Monday arrived and Hunter called after 8am to tell me my appt status and he called again to tell me his arrival time. Very impressed with respecting my time. Hunter arrived in a van as shown on the website ,showed ID and introduced himself. Very polite efficient service, Hunter explained all the parts needed and showed me them and explained the repair and made sure I agreed with the price of service before signing. The repair was complete , Hunter went thru what was replaced, we tested it out, I felt the door had a off balance flow, he saw it too and corrected the rollers and made sure I was happy before paying .I would recommend Precision, I was a little surprised with the high cost of replacement parts,but the service call and installation is included with the price. The cable was thicker, the wheels and springs heavier much better than what was installed with the door ten years ago from another supplier, the price does comes with a 3 yr warranty.Hunter did not over sell me with unnecessary parts. I agreed with the repair and I am overall very happy with service and repair.

The 2 men that installed our doors were prompt and polite. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hardware for the front of the doors wasn't on their truck. However they came back a couple of days later to complete that. Once again, they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and were prompt and courteous.

I live in Suffolk County, NY, and need two new garage doors with new motors, hardware, etc. I called for an estimate. After having been given a reasonable window, Hunter Hanemann called me 30 mins before he arrived. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me a detailed written estimate for options. His knowledge and patience (I don't know too much about garage door mechanics) made me feel comfortable, and the quoted prices were much less than I had been quoted by other companies. This company obviously takes customer service seriously, and I'm looking forward to having my new garage doors and motors installed soon.

I had an intermittent problem with my garage door closing that was related to cold temperature. The technician "Michael" was able to quickly determine the problem was related to a setting of force on the Sears Opener Motor. He also pointed out my two doors did not have safety cables on the springs. He installed them and lubricated all of my tracks and rollers. I also purchased a spare remote control for my wife's car. Very satisfied with the efficient and knowledgable service provided, would definitely recommend you to friends and family. F.P.

I received the Valpak coupon in the mail and called the number for Suffolk Co. I was expecting to get service during the following week. I was very surprised to find out that a service man would be coming that afternoon and that he would call me when he was coming over. I believe his name was Tim. He did call when he was 20 minutes away and he came on time and fixed the problem with my garage doors. I was very pleased with the service and hope the problem continues to be fixed.
