We upgraded our garage door, originally installed by Precision, to include a remote door opener. From my initial contact with Precision, through Brandon, I felt confident about choosing them. Greg and David arrived promptly, patiently explained the options between two products and efficiently installed our new door opener. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable as they demonstrated the many features of this product. They were both very respectful and intent on seeing that we were 100% satisfied with their service, which, of course we were! Greg was involved in both the installation of our door AND subsequent addition of the remote. He is an expert technician and, once again, has earned a five star +++ rating! David is also a terrific, 5 star technician!! Obviously, I would (very) highly recommend Precision and these two technicians.

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door was excellent from setting the appointment that was the same day until the completion of the work needed to fix my problem. The service technician, Danny Salas was on-time, communicated the problem and solution well and had the motor in his truck eliminating any delay in my overall satisfaction. My expectations were exceeded and I would highly recommend Precision and Danny.

First of all, I can not say enough about your service - THANK YOU! I had a garage door spring snap on a Super Bowl Sunday. After calling/leaving voicemails, for my original (former) serviceman and several others from the internet - The ONLY company to pickup was Precision! Your agent took my information, scheduled an appointment, gave me a time range and who would be coming to my home. "Tim" (I hope I got that right) was awesome! He showed up right on time, was in no rush, explained everything to me, gave me options and prices, asked my opinion and we went with what he suggested (replace the pair of springs) as it made perfect sense. He was quick, quiet, thorough - At the end, after do an inspection suggested changing out my noisy steel rollers for vinyl, which he did and it made all the difference in the work, noise-wise Again, you're my new service people - I can not recommend you/Tim enough!!

He impressed me by being courteous, on time and efficient. Six weeks later I had garage door replaced by Greg and Brian. They also were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They all did a fabulous job and deserve 5 STARS!

it was a pleasure working with Mike. He arrived at the time he said and explained very clearly the work he recommended based on the condition of our garage doors He provided options related to type of hardware to be used. Details were provided and this was extremely helpful. The work agreed was professionally completed and work area was left the way it was when he started. It was great dealing with someone who really cared about his work. Full rebuild of both doors.
