To both Michael and Julian, great job in my garage door repair! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. No delay in setting up an appointment, Mike called before arriving at scheduled time, quick and accurate diagnosis, truck came fully stocked with parts to repair my garage door the same day. And they were kind enough to go the extra step and program my car to the garage door. Great job guys!

I really enjoyed the simplicity of your business model. I called at 8am. I had two guys at my house by 1pm. The guys quoted the prices, made sure I understood everything, and got the work done right away in an efficient/professional manner. I want to say the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I feel like I may have been upsold slightly and paid a bit more than I should have but then again, with no knowledge of the industry or prices, I could be wrong. Overall very happy I found you guys. Good work.

Your Service Tech arrived promptly and was completely well versed in the workings of my LiftMaster Garage Door Opener. He did a complete and thorough inspection of my system and made suggestions as to how it might be improved. The Technician's name is Dave B and I would highly recommend him and your Company to anyone in need of Garage Door Services. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks . . .

Tim and Justin reviewed my options when they arrived today, and helped me to determine the best course of action for my situation. They worked diligently all afternoon and only left when they were satisfied with the way the job was done, and confident that I understood how to work my new garage door openers. I give them both a big A+!

5 Stars! I called into the center and the call receipt person was very knowledgeable of the services and set the appointment, I was impressed with that. Next, got a call from Dave before the scheduled time range for the appointment, stating exactly when he would arrive. Polite, professional, very knowledgeable, Dave explained everything in the level of detail needed. This caliber of customer service provided by Dave during this repair is why I will recommend and repeat my business to Precision.

Danny Salas was the service representative that helped with my quote. He was cheerful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is an excellent representative of the company. He called to let me know he was coming ahead of time, knew a great deal about the product line and was able to answer all my questions. Though I have not had an installation yet, I was very impressed by the company - as I was able to tell from Danny. I feel much better informed about the door, thanks to his help.

We are happy to have the opportunity to give our five star rating to Danny S, who not only did a thorough and efficient job but was also worthy ambassador for Precision. Danny called ahead to tell us he was on his way, and he arrived when he said he would. He quickly assessed our needs and presented us with several options, thereby allowing us to make the proper choice for what we wanted to do within our budget. Danny explained clearly precisely what he was going to do, and he made the repair quickly and thoroughly. We would recommend both him and Precision to everyone.

The fact that the phone was answered by a real person on a Saturday night was wonderful. She understood my needs. The men who fixed everything Dave and John kept me informed every step of the way. They fixed my garage door and replaced the springs and other vital parts. I commend them on their skill and service.
