5 STARS! The Precision team is outstanding. From Brandon, who came out and met with me and showed me the options for new garage doors, to Greg and his team who came to install them. I can't say enough good things about the courtesy and professionalism by everyone. Especially Greg and his team who installed everything perfectly. Both service specialists, Tom Jenkofsky and his associate, Tim, we very professional and courteous. They called about 30-40 min. prior to arrival to give an exact time they would be here. The repairs were done in a timely manner and they would not leave until everything worked perfectly.

He did a complete, thorough inspection and explained in depth what needed to be done. He really took the time to explain in everything in detail. Tom arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine with me. He inspected the whole setup, and recommended what was needed to get my garage door back in tip-top shape. The safety sensors were not working, the cables were fraying, and the pulleys were worn. These items were fixed, and he performed the routine maintenance needed. The door is working like new. Thanks Tom! Great job!

Brandon was our repairman. He was polite, dedicated and very helpful. Although he had never work on our opener before, he researched it, and got it working perfectly by putting in heavier springs and replacing some very worn parts on our original door. It was a five star Performance!!!

Five Stars! Professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate to our needs. I had a problem with my garage door opener. Through a thorough diagnostic, the technician realized that my springs were gapped and could be placing undo pressure on the motor; hence he suggested I replace the springs, and then he fixed the garage door opener. It's works perfectly now. Also, my technician was very sensitive to what I had in the garage; i.e. My Harley, and made certain there was no collateral damage.

Tom Jenkofsky (the Service Specialist) thoroughly examined my garage doors and explained how to look for signs of parts in need of repair. He replaced the bottom weather stripping on both garage doors, and cleaned any dirt/sand/debris from inside the channel before performing the installation. Tom gave me a very comfortable feeling as a customer. Precision Door Service has lived up to their reputation, and I did not have to pay the service charge thanks to their deal with Angie's List members.

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept in touch by phone so we would know when he was on his way. He was able to fix our garage door opener which had stripped the gear. The best part is that he had a new one in his truck so I was able to start using my garage door as soon as he was done. He also performed a safety check and lubricated everything as well. Tom is a 5 Plus Star Technician!!!

Definite 5 Star Service by Tom the technician. He came the day after the first blizzard when our door cable became unwound due to age. He explained everything to us and kept to the quote, no surprises. Before leaving he made sure that everything worked. There were initial problems with installation of new door. On return visit (6/11/15) mechanics Greg(?) and helper Hunter worked extremely hard to please everyone. Mechanic Greg deserves 5 stars.
