Shane and Nick were very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail the options that were offered to fix the problems with my garage door operating system. Shane called me when he was about 30 minutes away. Upon completion of the work, which was done in a timely manner, Shane and Nick went over what they had installed and corrected with the garage door. The work was done very neatly and I would highly recommend Shane and Nick.

George was very prompt very professional. He sat down with me went over everything that he saw gave me three options as to why I should do. I approved one of them. He went ahead and took care of it and found that when he installed the springs at 140 pound pressure, he had underestimated my door and he turned around, took them out and gave me 150 pound pressure which made the door open so easily to help me with my handicap. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help or anyone who wants a garage door installed. door I could not be more pleased

Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.

Great job done by Precision Garage Door. One of our garage doors simply stopped opening and we needed emergency repair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The repair technician showed up on time the very next day and was courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem right away and thoroughly explained it to us. He prepared a 3 part cost estimate for repairs that gave us options to choose additional preventative maintenance, if desired.
