Couldn't be more happier with the service I received. I had an old garage door with a unique problem / repair that was no problem for the technician. The repair he did was excellent. The work was neat, and everything was cleaned up after he was finished. He took the time to explain everything to me and there were no surprises. Also, when calling to schedule, the customer service was excellent. I received text messages confirming the appointment and text messages when the technician was on his way. I was given a 4 hour window the day before which was great so I did not have to stick around the house all day waiting. I would definitely use again.

My technician George was great. He notified me he was on his way, and arrived shortly thereafter. After trouble shooting the issue with my nonstop beeping opener, George presented possible solutions and the cost of each one. Fortunately my problem was able to be resolved with the less expensive option. George took the time to fully explain everything to me, and was a most polite technician. He is an asset to the company.

Israel was our service tech. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He knew exactly what was needed to make the repair and in no time the garage door was back in operation. Precision door installed our garage door in 2016 and we have never had a y issues. Now the battery backup needed to be changed after 8 years and we also had the garage door serviced. We had a new garage door installed some 8 years ago and it has preformed well , but recently one of the cables that attach to the handle/lock wore out and became detached. Taking advantage of a free service call email that I received, I made an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I was quite taken back by the cost of the repair….over $300 To replace the cable and make a slight adjustment to the tension on one side…. The repair took less than an hour. Overall I was happy with the service but not with the cost

This was the first time that I used Precision Garage Door.The company is very professional. When I called, Ethan answered all my questions pertaining to a new garage door opener. George, my technician was fabulous. He was on time ,neat professional and very efficient. Precision has their own corporate trucks fully stocked. This avoids delays in fixing the problem. I have used other companies in the past but none of these compared to the professionalism of Precision.

I had booked an appointment with precision for technician to come out and tell me how much it would be to reinstall my garage door opener. The technician was Doug and he was so polite and friendly. He gave me the price and said that he could do the job right then and there. He did a great job, he went over everything with me and showed me all that I needed to know on how to work the opener and the key pad and the override key system. I am very happy with the help I got from precision door co. Both my garage Doors cables and locks had broken, and we could not open either door. My husband is handicap and using the garage door to go out, makes it a lot easier. They sent John Aaron the next day he did a great job.
