Shane and Nick were very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail the options that were offered to fix the problems with my garage door operating system. Shane called me when he was about 30 minutes away. Upon completion of the work, which was done in a timely manner, Shane and Nick went over what they had installed and corrected with the garage door. The work was done very neatly and I would highly recommend Shane and Nick.

I recently had to call Precision because I was having trouble with my 15 year old garage door opener. Shane and Nick were the technicians who came and assessed the problem. They were able to complete the work that was needed the same day. They were both courteous and professional and explained everything they did and answered any questions I had. Very satisfied with the technicians and service

Fast and prompt service. Professional and honest. Courteous and friendly. I am not sure what other adjectives you would want from a service company. Louis came for the second time to our home. He was prepared and honest. The work was done competently and quickly. Everyone should do business this way.

Thank you so much for a great service. Not only was I impressed with the speed of the service and the easy appointment scheduling - but I was doubly impressed that I received a background of the technician coming to my home (Lewis). Lewis was all of the above. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! I actually chose your organization because of all of the great reviews that I came across. And you and the team did not disappoint. Again - thank you!

George was very prompt very professional. He sat down with me went over everything that he saw gave me three options as to why I should do. I approved one of them. He went ahead and took care of it and found that when he installed the springs at 140 pound pressure, he had underestimated my door and he turned around, took them out and gave me 150 pound pressure which made the door open so easily to help me with my handicap. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help or anyone who wants a garage door installed. door I could not be more pleased

Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.

He went right to work on this extremely hot and humid day. When he was finished he explained everything to us and asked if we had any questions. George was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Precision and George to everyone who needs the service. Joanne Pitzer

Great job done by Precision Garage Door. One of our garage doors simply stopped opening and we needed emergency repair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The repair technician showed up on time the very next day and was courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem right away and thoroughly explained it to us. He prepared a 3 part cost estimate for repairs that gave us options to choose additional preventative maintenance, if desired. The job was completed in just a few hours and now our garage doors open and shut more smoothly than ever! We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and we will definitely call them again if we need garage door repairs.

This was my first time using Precision. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the day of repair, the entire experience was a positive one. I was able to get an appointment within just a few days from calling. Israel (service technician) was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me options of repairs. He even helped me set up the MyQ app. on my phone. It was a pleasure working with the company.
