Lewis was my technician who replaced my garage door opener after inspecting my current opener which was 20 years old. I opted to replace the opener with the newest one and he was fantastic with the entire installation. He arrived on time and did a thorough job, explained everything clearly to me and helped me set up the App on my phone. He made sure I understood everything and left the place clean. He is very personable and I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Lewis and Precision Door!

Doug was here today putting in my garage door and my garage door opener and he was actually early and he was very conscious to continue working straight through until he finished and my garage door looks absolutely beautiful and my garage door doesn't make any noise and it's very quiet the opener like they told me so so far I am very happy with my door and Doug was a pleasure to have at my home

The response time from when I called was teriffic. George Albert was our technician and he was great. My dad is 91 and I was dealing with this while at work. George kept in touch with me and explained what needed to be done. He presented 3 options to choose from and fully explained each one. The technician, Lewis Rodriguez did a wonderful job installing the new opener in about an hour. He took the time to set up Q and the other remotes. He took all of the garbage and left the garage very clean. He should be commended for his efforts.

Isaac talked with me about my prior experience with Precision. I had forgotten I called Precision over 5 years ago. You helped me then and Isaac helped me this time. Isaac was very professional. We were very pleased with the work of David Gomez. Our garage door would come down 2 feet and then reverse itself, leaving the entire contents of our garage exposed. I have a detached garage that is more of a multipurpose space. The prior door was installed 30 years ago and was in a state of serious disrepair. After much research I ended up calling Precision and after their tech reviewing the space and gave me an estimate and reviewing the available options I pulled the trigger. They were fairly priced, had good options and were flexible with scheduling. Their technician Brian arrived within the time frame scheduled. He was professional, courteous and did excellent work, including taking away the old door and tacks as well. The door is really well made and quality. Would definitely deal with again if needed.
