Our garage door system was over 20 years old. It was in definite need of an overhaul. Our technician, Nick, came within hours of our calling, and did a complete overhaul of our garage door system, replacing springs, rollers, pulleys, etc., and added safety lines. Everything now is working like new.

We had dealt with Precision in 2017 when we decided that the cables and the pulleys on the garage door should be inspected. We were happy because the technician showed up on time and took care of what was necessary to overhaul the doors. When our keypad to open our garage was no longer working, we called Precision. We decided to buy a new garage door opener for both garage doors since both garage door openers were both pretty old. and our latest car could not access the garage without a transmitter. We are so pleased with our new garage door openers. The motor is so much quieter, and we are really impressed at how well it works. We were very pleased with our technician Shane Fazal. He finished the job in a timely manner, and set everything up for us. He was very professional and spent time explaining all the different features, so that we understood how everything worked.
