Services were expertly performed by Eddie who called us 15 mins prior arrival. He was professional & polite. He spent time inspecting the problem area in detail & came up with 3 considered options which were discussed at length before he proceeded. he showed us the completed work, we tested it together. He thoroughly policed the area, leaving it neat & clean. He was very courteous & an excellent spokesperson for PRECISION. We are very satisfied.

From the moment I called your company to request an appointment, to the point that the job was completed was smooth and professional. Michael P was the technician that performed the service. My job consisted of a whole new garage door opener, motor, cables, key pad, clickers, but not a new garage door itself. My system was really very old, but I never anticipated needing a total new one and was shocked at the cost involved. Once I realized that it wasn't safe as it was, I knew it had to be done. He was a pleasure to have at my house and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Michael and your company. I also liked your website that gave me a picture and information about the technician before he arrived. 5 stars

Simple, quick, & easy to setup an appointment. Shorty after placing the appointment, the technician, Hunter Hanemann, contacted me on approximate eta and came promptly. He was able to help me get into my locked garage door and in a quick 15 mins gave me a detailed inspection report on what might need replacing in the future and what would work best for my needs.

i needed estimates for a new garage door, standard, no fuss. i had a representative from the company show me my choices, didn't try to "sell me on anything more expensive". i got a written estimate AND used a coupon that you can find in your mailers, did the home depot Lowes calls but they have to got to store etc, this gentleman came to US at OUR convenience, and door was installed looks soo nice, (now i cant believed how i lived with the old one. Their give you 2hr window and call when on their way. from making the appt to job completion was ONLY the best...professional , courteous and dependable.
