The service from my initial call all the way through service was top notch. I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone for the following day. The technician called to let me know he was en route and was very knowledgeable about how to fix my problem for my needs and got straight to work. I couldn't be happier. I know where I will be going when its time to replace the door itself.

Danny Salas, service technician for Precision Door, has been at our home several times in the past 3 years, when we moved in and purchased a new garage door and opener from Precision. He always explains everything in detail so we understand the mechanics of the electrical mechanisms operating the opener. Never had any issues he couldn’t take care of. I would never use any other company fir our garage door needs! Thank you!!

If I could give six stars I would. From the beginning to end, the process of getting my new garage door opener purchased and installed could not have been easier. Isaac the installer was just great. Contacted me 30 minutes before arrival, discussed and explained the job at hand and went to work. Very professional and the work was completed fast than I thought in a neat manner. We will be reaching out to them for a new garage door. I highly recommend Precision.

Called Precision a few weeks ago to fix our garage door and their service was fantastic. I was given a 4 hour window for service and the technician (Marlon I believe) not only arrived early he was almost finished before the window started which was a welcome surprise. After that he took a look at our issue and provided us several options to fix it. At that point he went through each option and gave us all pertinent information to make our decision. Couldn't be more satisfied and would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Thank you to your technician, Isaac Rodriguez, for his courteous, efficient service in replacing a broken spring and bearing rollers in my garage door. Though Isaac was late in getting to my home due to a prior job with issues, I was impressed that he insisted he would come to repair my door no matter how late. Based on my experience, I'm happy to give a 4/5 star rating and can recommend your company. :)
