Can't say enough wonderful things about the team of technicians that came to my home to repair a 14 year old garage door opener. All existing and potential problems were fully explained to me and I was free to decide exactly what I wanted to be done. The repair was done quickly and expertly by Tom and Taylor who were extremely personable. I highly recommend Precision Door if you are in need of their services. I chose Precision because they offered 24 hour service. My garage door opener had been stolen and I wanted new openers asap for security purposes. Unfortunately, when I phoned at 8 pm, they could not come that evening but they scheduled me for the following morning. All service was professional and friendly. The technician stayed in touch with me regularly to inform me when he would arrive. I would highly recommend Precision...they got the job done efficiently and promptly. I give them a 5 star rating!

Tom Jenkofsky was the tech. He was on time and very courteous. He was honest about my garage door and that it wasn't worth to repair the door with new springs. I was happy with is honesty. I'm very happy with the door the installation, the technicians they answered all my questions + showed me how to open the door in the event of a power outage, so i'm sure I can do it if necessary. The time originally given for their arrival was a mistake, but they called and apologize for their error. They also came back out to install a mail slot. Overall a very professional, neat job. I would definitely recommend your company.

After determining that I needed a new opener, mine was close to 25 years old and at the end of its' life, Tom did great work and took time to clearly explain everything to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and Tom.
