I was extremely happy with the quick response time of Precision as well as the fine work conducted today by Shane and his partner David. They replaced all the parts on two of our aging garage doors. Not only were they very clear in their communication about the work to be done and warranties involved, but they were also extremely neat and thorough in their work. ( Same day appointment! )Received email confirmation of our appt and a phone call when our technician, Isaac, was on his way. Isaac was pleasant and knowledgeable. Excellent experience with Isaac Rodriguez from Precision repairing our garage door!m… Isaac called prior to coming over, and arrived just when he said he would. So professional, personable and knowledgeable. Isaac checked the overall functioning of our garage door and then provided two separate estimates: one with minimal repair needed, the next included more preventative measures/parts. Because we are on a budget we chose the minimal repair needed option. Isaac clearly explained the different options, parts replaced, cost and work involved for each option. He completed the work quickly, and demonstrated the now proper functioning of the garage door. Very thorough, knowledgeable, never felt rushed. Isaac is truly a professional and so personable! I will highly recommend Isaac Rodriguez and Precision Garage Repair to any friends/family in need of garage doors or repair, and will also be posting this recommendation on the Facebook Plainview Moms site! I had my garage door opener replaced by Precision, and I am extremely pleased with the result. Shane, the technician, did a fantastic job explaining everything and demonstrating the accompanying app. The improvement is like night and day, and the new opener operates quietly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and the product provided by Precision.
