Technician (Lewis R.) showed up early in the appointment window time. Checked the entire system and determined needed new motor, which was luckily still under warranty. He replaced the motor and reprogrammed all my remotes in a quick but thorough manner. Lewis was very professional. Would recommend to all.

Israel did a phenomenal job. Was here for over 3 hours and by the time he left, everything worked as it did the day I built the house over 20 years ago. He was extremely pleasant and amazingly professional and knowledgeable.
