I couldn’t be happier with Precision Garage Door. We have used other companies in the past and none were even close to Precision. Our technician Nick was fantastic. He installed our new garage door opener, programmed the keypad and explained everything to us. I have definitely found my new garage door specialist! I called on Thursday and Nick was here on time. Plus, they update throughout the day with expected time of arrival. Such a great company to deal with

My tech Mike Mirsadiev was professional and courteous. He inspected my garage door and reviewed his findings with me. He made recommendations and reviewed options in a clear and concise manner. After I reviewed my options and agreed with price quote Mike started working straight away. They come with fully stocked trucks. Mike completed the job quickly and efficiently. Mike cleaned up and explained how our new garage door opener worked. Well done and thank you Mike!

Nick, the repairman who did the work was fine. Polite and knowledgeable. Your prices are off the charts way too high. For this reason I will not use or recommend your company again. Jerry M, Syosset

It’s rare that a company does what it claims easily, well John at Precision did that earlier today. John arrived on time, explained and repaired whatever we discussed and was a pleasure to deal with. I’ll recommend Precision to whomever needs this service !

John Fusco arrived shortly after I booked an appointment. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained my choices clearly. I had major replacement work done, and John was finished within two hours, leaving my garage door better than he found it. This was one household headache requiring zero worry or fuss. Highly recommended.

My garage door mounting came apart and was professionally repaired by John Fusco. I must note that the repair cost was very expensive for the amount of repair needed, but was set by the office. John however was very polite, considerate, honest in his communication of the estimate and skilled in his work. He took the time to check all my equipment, suggested potential future improvements and costs to my door system. Importantly, his work was completed quickly. I must commend his professionalism and attitude as well as his competent repair work. We will surely turn to John in particular and Precision for any future garage repairs or replacement. Thank you John.

Our entire experience was exceptional. From Andrew at the start spending time with us many times to make sure we had the correct door - viewing various styles, and making sure we went through all options was super helpful. The install by Greg and his team was outstanding. They reached out, were on time and super clean. Greg took the time to explain the entire garage door system and made sure the garage was spotless before leaving! I give this organization a huge thumbs up for all around great product and services.

Every aspect of my garage door replacement was handled very professionally. Andrew, the sales rep, very clearly explained all options and the cost of each. The two installation techs, Jeff and Tyreem, were very knowledgeable. They were able to correct a weather stripping issue that arose unexpectedly. Their ability to correct the problem was very appreciated. I am very pleased with my new door. It makes the house look so much better and is so much quieter than the old ones! I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

The technician was excellent, however for that dollar amount of this work i feel that the $ 250 emergency fee was too high. Thank you for your consideration in this matter, sincerely, Frixos Goussis.
