Technician (Lewis R.) showed up early in the appointment window time. Checked the entire system and determined needed new motor, which was luckily still under warranty. He replaced the motor and reprogrammed all my remotes in a quick but thorough manner. Lewis was very professional. Would recommend to all.

Israel did a phenomenal job. Was here for over 3 hours and by the time he left, everything worked as it did the day I built the house over 20 years ago. He was extremely pleasant and amazingly professional and knowledgeable. The next day after the initial repair, I discovered the problem was still not resolved. They came back on Wednesday and got it right. I was very happy they did not add any additional charges for the return visit or parts. I would recommend them.
