If I could give six stars I would. From the beginning to end, the process of getting my new garage door opener purchased and installed could not have been easier. Isaac the installer was just great. Contacted me 30 minutes before arrival, discussed and explained the job at hand and went to work. Very professional and the work was completed fast than I thought in a neat manner. Called Precision a few weeks ago to fix our garage door and their service was fantastic. I was given a 4 hour window for service and the technician (Marlon I believe) not only arrived early he was almost finished before the window started which was a welcome surprise. After that he took a look at our issue and provided us several options to fix it. At that point he went through each option and gave us all pertinent information to make our decision. Couldn't be more satisfied and would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

We had an appointment for an estimate Gave to install a new garage door. Hunter came over to explain all the details for the installation and to show us different designs and colors. He was very polite and knowledgeable about everything. He even went back to the showroom to get us larger samples of colors since it was hard to make a choice from small samples. We gave him a deposit and are know waiting for the door to be installed.
