Called Precision a few weeks ago to fix our garage door and their service was fantastic. I was given a 4 hour window for service and the technician (Marlon I believe) not only arrived early he was almost finished before the window started which was a welcome surprise. After that he took a look at our issue and provided us several options to fix it. At that point he went through each option and gave us all pertinent information to make our decision. Couldn't be more satisfied and would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

We had an appointment for an estimate Gave to install a new garage door. Hunter came over to explain all the details for the installation and to show us different designs and colors. He was very polite and knowledgeable about everything. He even went back to the showroom to get us larger samples of colors since it was hard to make a choice from small samples. We gave him a deposit and are know waiting for the door to be installed.

Marlon was able to diagnose the problem. He replaced the pulleys and adjusted the hinges. My garage door now operates better than it has in 30 years.
