I had my new garage door installed this past Saturday morning, and could not be happier. Israel and Julio were in and out in 2 1/2 hours and did a great job. From the quoting process with Mike, to the install itself, the whole process with Precision was seamless. Nice job!

Marlon was able to diagnose the problem. He replaced the pulleys and adjusted the hinges. My garage door now operates better than it has in 30 years.

Marion Cantave came to repair my garage door this morning and did an excellent job. It was really noisy and rattly and he replaced the pulleys. He was very courteous and professional and called to let me know he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. I definitely recommend him!

I initially contacted Precision due to a Google search and was impressed with the reviews and now I know why! Seems to be an extra level of professionalism throughout- from calling the office staff to set up an appointment for an estimate, numerous appt reminders to then to finally meeting the technician, Danny Salas. Danny was courteous and addressed all my concerns. Now looking forward to the installation!
