Israel did a phenomenal job. Was here for over 3 hours and by the time he left, everything worked as it did the day I built the house over 20 years ago. He was extremely pleasant and amazingly professional and knowledgeable. Israel had a real " can do" attitude, which is rare and unusual from my experiences with many, many vendors that I have used over the many years that I have been a house owner.

I called Precision on a Saturday because my neighbor used them and I had a coupon from ValPack. They were here early Monday morning to repair my door. The next day after the initial repair, I discovered the problem was still not resolved. They came back on Wednesday and got it right. I was very happy they did not add any additional charges for the return visit or parts. I would recommend them.

Call for an appointment and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Lewis fixed my issues with my garage door. My garage door is so quiet when it opens now. It has never worked this well. Lewis was great and made sure I understood what needed to be done and made sure everything worked to perfection before leaving.

Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.

They completed the work in one day … installing two garage doors, all of the hardware, and the two garage door openers. There was nothing that I needed to clean up at the end of the job.
