Saw the company info from a coupon that came in the mail and I’ve been needed to get my door serviced. Roller and cable etc. ended up getting a lift mater and fixing any parts that needed to be replaced. Danny Salas did a fast, professional job well done. The spring in our garage was broken, so we contacted Precision Garage Door Service. The technician, Isael Hixson, arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, and patient. I would like to see my experience with precision garage door company went exceptionally well. I received a quick response from my initial call. I was able to book an appointment quicklly.My service tech Isaac Rodriguez was very professional and first inspected my old unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of my available choices for a repair or complete replacement. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured in anyway.He gave ample time to think about what I would like to do according to what I would like to spend. my unit was over 11 years old and I had not been service in a while. I decided to go with complete replacement, and I am completely satisfied even better. The job was able to be done the day of my appointment. From the moment I called Precision Garage Door, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day and a confirmation was sent to my email immediately. The technician (Isaac) called to say that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He checked out my garage door and the lift unit that was inoperative. He then gave me several options as to what could be done without being "pushy". He installed a new unit, added the extra entrance buttons that I requested and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was a very pleasant person to deal with in every way. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone and anyone who need their garage door serviced or replaced.
