I initially chose Precision Garage Door Service to install a new lift motor. I upgraded to include new springs and maintenance of the door that was installed by the previous home owner in 2004. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the installation and the work and I continue to be happy about my choice of Precision. 18 months later I had an issue with my door opener keypad. I contacted Precision and had a tech visit set up for the following morning. He arrived on time, was very personable and knowledgeable and fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. Yes, I am very happy I chose Precision Garage Door Service.

From the moment I called Precision Garage Door, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day and a confirmation was sent to my email immediately. The technician (Isaac) called to say that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He checked out my garage door and the lift unit that was inoperative. He then gave me several options as to what could be done without being "pushy". He installed a new unit, added the extra entrance buttons that I requested and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was a very pleasant person to deal with in every way. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone and anyone who need their garage door serviced or replaced.

Saw the company info from a coupon that came in the mail and I’ve been needed to get my door serviced. Roller and cable etc. ended up getting a lift mater and fixing any parts that needed to be replaced. Danny Salas did a fast, professional job well done. Israel arrived on-time reviewed my situation and provided several options to fix my problem. He was very neat and extremely knowledgeable. Israel fixed our issue. While testing the garage door after the repair we ended up also having him install a new garage door opener since the one we had was 25yrs old and I did not think it was working to it's potential anymore. Rather then waiting for it to fail we had it replaced and everything is now working great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage. And ask for Israel for any future issues. Thanks again Israel
