I expected a day or two for response...NO ! appointment to fix made for several hours later, and the repairman was a hour early< Identif of repairman made before arrival so I knew who was coming. I would like to see my experience with precision garage door company went exceptionally well. I received a quick response from my initial call. I was able to book an appointment quicklly.My service tech Isaac Rodriguez was very professional and first inspected my old unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of my available choices for a repair or complete replacement. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured in anyway.He gave ample time to think about what I would like to do according to what I would like to spend. my unit was over 11 years old and I had not been service in a while. I decided to go with complete replacement, and I am completely satisfied even better. The job was able to be done the day of my appointment. I would highly recommend your company to friends and family.

We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!
