We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!

I goggles for a garage door company near me and I found Precision. I was able to get an appt for the same day, I was given a call 30 minutes before arrival and the Tech. was professional. I think the repair was a little pricey, but I was very happy at the end. Thanks again for your prompt service.

Danny was GREAT! You guys gave me an appointment within 24 hoursof calling your company. Danny called me in advance to tell me exactly when he was arriving.. Knowledgeable of all! Took the time to explain everything we needed. And I could tell his skills were top notch right away, Thanks again Danny! I will definitely be using your company again with any issues i may have.. Our installer, Prince, was prompt and courteous and a pleasure to work with! He even removed an overhead cabinet for me (which hadn’t interfered with our original overhead door so I didn’t realize would be in the way of the new one)! He installed the door almost single-handedly, uncomplainingly. Later, Shane arrived and they finished the job together cheerfully and professionally. Very happy with the whole experience!

My new garage door was installed yesterday. I am pleased with the entire process from ordering to installation. Brian, the technician who installed the door, was courteous and professional, and the total clean-up when the job was finished was impressive. There is one problem, however. There is a small dent in one of the panels which I was told would be replaced. Therefore, the job isn't totally complete, so I will write another review when it is.

I contacted Precision truthfully cause it came up first in my search engine on Google. The reviews were a plus too. Had a cable broken, thought I'd have to wait cause it was Easter. Precision team contacted me via phone and instead of coming Monday in AM, they came Easter. So grateful. Marlin was the man's name. He explained everything perfectly to me. Gave me price up front. Was very courteous and friendly. He was quick in completing work and was overall very pleasant young man.
