I received a 50 % discount on the service call since work was done. The job was done in a very professional manner. However the sales tax charged was on the full price of the service call rather than the discount price. There was no response to my email message and a telephone call requesting an explanation.

Precision exceeded my expectations. From Scheduling the appt. reminders of the time, notification of the service technician, concise explanation of my options and cost. You even went as far as letting me know the tech was running late (he was well within the time frame.I was extremely pleased with Jesse C. his knowledge how efficiently and cleanly he worked. Our experience with Precision Door was 5 star from beginning to end. Israel (Izzy) and his coworker (I apologize I forget his name) were great! They are highly professional, work hard and diligently. I can tell by their work ethic it was all about getting it done right the first time with careful planning and execution. I'd have those guys back in a heartbeat.
