Danny Salas was the technician who came to the house. we went over the garage door problem and I explained my past experiences. He checked the motor and fully explained the problem and what my options were. every detail was fully explained and he made sure I was fully satisfied with his work and the motor before leaving. Danny is a plus to your company and should be acknowledged accordingly

Israel Hixon solved the problem that I had with my garage door today. Thank you Israel. Israel was very professional and friendly. He explained what was needed and how he would be able to fix the door. Great job and he finished quickly. From the person that answered the phone to the installers all employees were very polite and professional. However, since I did some research on the parts I needed I was absolutely shocked at what I was charged. The work was good but I really don’t think it was a good value. I should’ve gotten an estimate first, my bad. That will never happen again

So far so good. I was called within about 30 minutes after leaving an inquiry on the website. The young lady who called me was very nice and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find out your people work on Sundays, since I work during the week it’s great to be able get house projects done on the weekend. Tim came by today and helped me get started.

Your technician analyzed the various needs of my garage door and informed us of the necessary parts that we should have him install in order to make the door function more smoothly. He advised replacing some cables, springs, rollers, and even adding some parts that we didn’t have but are required in today’s installations. He was thorough, affable and knew his stuff.

I met Danny Salas two weeks ago when he was repairing a neighbors Garage Door Opener. He gave me his card and we briefly discussed what I needed. My appointment was today and Danny replaced my Garage Door with the exact unit I wanted, reviewed my entire system, provided me with detailed recommendations which I appreciated, performed the work, thoroughly explained the operation and assisted me in getting my cars programmed. Awesome professional service, neat clean and took away all the old parts. Highly recommended!!!
