I met Danny Salas two weeks ago when he was repairing a neighbors Garage Door Opener. He gave me his card and we briefly discussed what I needed. My appointment was today and Danny replaced my Garage Door with the exact unit I wanted, reviewed my entire system, provided me with detailed recommendations which I appreciated, performed the work, thoroughly explained the operation and assisted me in getting my cars programmed. From the person that answered the phone to the installers all employees were very polite and professional. However, since I did some research on the parts I needed I was absolutely shocked at what I was charged. The work was good but I really don’t think it was a good value. I should’ve gotten an estimate first, my bad. That will never happen again

So far so good. I was called within about 30 minutes after leaving an inquiry on the website. The young lady who called me was very nice and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find out your people work on Sundays, since I work during the week it’s great to be able get house projects done on the weekend. Tim came by today and helped me get started.

Your technician analyzed the various needs of my garage door and informed us of the necessary parts that we should have him install in order to make the door function more smoothly. He advised replacing some cables, springs, rollers, and even adding some parts that we didn’t have but are required in today’s installations. He was thorough, affable and knew his stuff.
